Been going to Dr. Pepek’s office for my girls for over 15 years. I have never been disappointed. Staff is helpful and efficient and providers are always knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. So glad we found her practice when we moved to HB!.

Went to see if my son had the chicken pox's. We were waiting outside the waiting room so we didn't infect anyone else if he did. Dr. Pepek was walking out ready to leave with a bunch of stuff in her hand. She stopped and asked what we were doing and I told her. She asked a few questions to us and said let's take care of this. She walked back in the office, all the office staff was surprised and within 10 minutes we were out of there. So thankful for her generosity of her time knowing she was out the door before she saw us. Thankful he didn't have the chicken pox but even more thankful she saw him. We love Dr. Pepek Even if there is a wait sometimes it is always worth the wait!!!

Dr. Pepek is a rockstar Pediatrician. I've taken my 3 children to her for 6 years now and I've been very happy with her, the other doctors and the staff of the practice. I've never had any problems getting an appointment and the office staff is always so kind to me. The nurses know my children by name and are always greeting us with a smile. I have confidence in Pepek's diagnosis' and confidence in the nurses vaccine administration. I love that there is a nurse line to be able to call and ask for medical advice. This puts a mommy's mind at ease. Sure, sometimes I have to leave a message and wait an hour or so for a response, but I understand that sometimes calls are returned based on emergency. All in all this place is amazing and I would recommend it to all

We love Dr Pepek and have been taking our children to see her since they were newborns. She takes the time to get to know our children and answers all our questions, which as a first time parents we had many. She is extremely knowledgeable and I have complete trust in her care of my children from our everyday concerns to the very serious. And that is why we recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

Pepek is very knowledgeable i will not deny that - but her lack of listening and compassion towers over that. She was recommended to us after I had my son - he is now 8 weeks old and she has constantly brushed aside our concern regarding his vomiting until I insisted she look into it!

My daughter was in the NICU for 5 days when born 10 years ago. MY OB called in Dr. Chang who was wonderful and remained my daughters pediatrician until she retired. We moved to Dr. Pepek and couldn't be more pleased with her and the staff. I can say that since taking over Dr. Chang's practice, the wait times have improved dramatically- now its about 30-35 minutes where it used to be an hour.

Terrible service, Charged me $185. 00 for a $25.00 sport release for my son after telling me that the office would not charge me because I was a regular customer.
