My son is a patient of Dr. Vergara and it is always a positive experience. That includes the front desk receptionists, nurses and Dr. Vergara. I am always greeted with kindness and a positive attitude. The doctor and staff are prompt with replies when using the MYChart portal and/or phone. Refilling prescriptions are never a hassle, they make it very easy for their patients to pick up prescriptions and always request refills promptly. There is always someone willing to assist you with any medical needs. Dr. Vergara cares deeply about his patients. Love Memorial Care!

Dr. Vergara was very thorough with his examination. He took time to listen to our concerns and explained what he thought was going on and allowed us time to ask questions. We didn’t feel rushed and felt he really cared. This visit was very pleasant considering the situation.

Dr. Vergara is prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. He makes sure that the kids are comfortable and that parents understand the treatment plan. His nurse, Martha, is always great, too. Our family loves visiting them; the kids just don't like getting their shots!

I like that the office is professional and efficient. The nurse, Martha, always remembers our family. Dr. Vergara also does that too in addition to his thorough questions and exam.

We've been going to Dr. Vergara ever since July 2020. He is the PCP for both of our sons, he is great with both of them, very calming and sweet to help them relax. We've been able to speak with him via regular office visits, virtual visits, and even send messages through MyChart, accessibility is highly valued with 2 little ones! He is to the point and clearly explains his concerns and what we should focus on, doesn't overwhelm us with too much information which we appreciate! His nurse is great with the boys as well and always very pleasant when we see her. Their facility is always clean & quiet, and the front office staff are very nice.

Dr. Vergara is an excellent professional, very attentive to every detail of my baby, he answered all my questions and gave me valuable information on the care of my baby, especially for me as a new mother, I have tried 3 pediatricians and the best for me is Dr. Vergara and his nurse Martha.

Dr. Vergara is great. He's been my granddaughter' s doctor since she was 5 and she is now 16. Our family is very happy with his medical care.

My son is very comfortable with Dr. Vergara. He is 7 now and we plan to be with Dr. Vergara until he's 18. Revised: my son is 9 1/2 yrs old and enjoys going to Dr Vergara

Dr Vergara became our pediatrician when Dr. Goodman and Dr. Christine Nelson and Dr. Beebe and another Dr.N, whom I can't remember his last name, all separated their practices. My littles are now 30 and 26 and I am so happy to see that Dr. Vergara is still practicing. I heard his son was also in Medical school. Dr V was humored by my paranoia of Asthma antics and got me in right away every time! He always reassured me and everytime he was correct. Martha even pierces earrings! Safer than going to Claires in the mall! I read a couple 1 star reviews and the lady who said he had his hand in his pocket, should have asked why before bashing him. I never found out why his arm is disabled, but I am assuming that is how he got into medicine. As for the old patient, I can't comment on that as I don't know the circumstances. If your looking for a new Pediatrician, he's your Dr. The office staff knew my voice or had caller ID back then and still took the time for me. I guess I was a little neurotic when it came to my childrens well being. His office was only a 10 minute drive from where we lived in Long Beach and plenty of parking!
