Office supervisor poorly trained. She couldnt explain nor did she have the patience to explain mandatory paperwork particularly a certain agreement form she said all patients had to sign.Supposedly it had to be signed before you could be seen by the doctor. After politely asking again with an attitude she gave me a completely inaccurate description of what this form was about.Then she gave me attitude again pointing at the form and said you need to read it. Then she began showing me disconcern by handling someone elses paperwork. I felt completely disrespected and walked out of that place.Office personnel should be trained to explain mandatory paperwork.Also it was a 6 week wait time and a long drive to see this doctor just to receive poor customer service. A complete waist of time. Dont go

Complete waste of time, the STAFF is 100% unprofessional, the doctor is never there or he does not care that his staff is not taking their job seriously, and if you insist on having appointment with the doctor, they will schedule you 2 or 3months out, leaving you with your sickness and adding to you worried and concerns. I DO NOT and WILL NOT recommend to anybody i care about to contact this shady business, his staff run his office as if it was coffee shop. first, i was giving an a phone call appointment 5 weeks out, while i'm So concerned with my health situation, then the Dr Ayoub called, send me on chase of 6 different tests then I called to follow up, they scheduled me 15 weeks out not even a phone call while claiming they do not have the result of the tests done on THEIR office. So if you value your time DO NOT go to this office. they will add to your trouble for sure.

Dr. Ayoub has been my PCP for a little over a year now and I am thoroughly impressed with the care I have been receiving. The office staff are very welcoming and very helpful as well! For as busy as the office is, the staff are always on top of any orders needed, prior authorizations, scheduling, etc. Even amidst a pandemic, Dr. Ayoub has been able available to his patients ensuring that everyone stays healthy and well. I have had a couple of virtual appointments now with Dr. Ayoub and his Nurse Practitioner, Marshon, and that has worked out very well as I got to stay in the comfort of my own home. Both Dr. Ayoub and his NP Marshon take the time to listen to your concerns and address any needs you may have. I would highly recommend Dr. Ayoub and his office for any primary and pulmonary care needs you may have! (Oh, and to top this, his medical spa is in the same building as well as his wife's dental office which is beautiful! It's a one-stop shop for all of your medical needs!)

Normally, i'd prefer in-person appointment but totally understand that we can still connect virtually amidst the pandemic! Doctor Ayoub and his Nurse Practitioner, Marshon are putting all the effort needed to accommodate patients especially through staff members if they're out of office too. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable Doctor Robby has been my PCP for a year now and i am extremely glad! Not to forget to mention, working at a medical field acquires support especially amidst this pandemic!

Not a doctor a moeny hungry coward whi dosent give a damn about your life but his own and how many appointments he can make out of you. What oath to save lives? Ya his own

We refuse to see this doctor and use their office ever again. I accompanied my mom for her appointment there this morning and we were made to wait for over 1.5 hours. If I didn't start making noise, we probably would have been made to wait longer. My mom didn't even get to see the doctor, she was seen by a PA - who seemed nice enough but there is no way we will go back there again. The office seemed to be interested in one thing -- sell us a sleep apnea study. Read the negative reviews and believe them! I had read the reviews before going and hesitated, but thought I'd give this doctor the benefit of doubt. That was a huge mistake. Avoid, avoid, avoid this doctor and his office on Newman Avenue in Huntington Beach at all costs!!!
