The doctor is never at the office and you're stuck dealing with her horrible nurse practitioners who are flippant and ill-informed and don't know how to do their job. (One nurse was literally looking up our questions on her cell phone while we were in the office.) Absolutely horrible experience dealing with this office every time. Avoid like the plague.

Nurse Practitioners in this office are awful We selected Sabine Bernbeck based on the many positive reviews online. Unfortunately, we never were able to see Dr. Bernbeck for an appointment, only her nurse practitioners, who were incredibly uninformed and unconcerned with our problems. None of the nurse practioners we saw showed even a modicum of interest in our problems, adequately answered our questions, or were able to give us medical advice (one nurse was actually looking things up on her cell phone when we asked questions). Their responses on the MyChart app showed that they responded in one sentence clearly without looking up the patient or even reading the question. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dr. Bernbeck is very cheerful. She spent time with you. She listened to all your problems. She’s very knowledgeable. She simply cares and I like her.

Dr. Sabine and staff are "ABSOLUTELY THE BEST"!!!!, Every visit is handled professionally with personal care, their AOE (area of expertise) in the medical field is flawless. Our family will not change doctors as long as Dr. Sabine and her staff are in service. Wishing there we more of Dr. Sabine and her staff out there.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Dr Bernbeck was so attentive and I felt like she really cares about her patients. Just super service oriented towards their patients. It was a delightful surprise to find that sort of care is still out there.
