Synergy Physical Therapy & Sports Performance's Online Review Report Card

I had some treatments here years ago, looking at the reviews it looks like I wasn't the only one that had the same problem. The cost of my treatments was not properly disclosed to me. I ended up getting a bill in the mail for over $1,000 because the customer service/administrative staff decided not to collect any of my payments while I was on site, they made it easy to assume that my insurance was covering my costs when it really wasn't. Didn't get any notification of extra costs for additional services either, like electrostim etc, and they kept getting me to do those treatments by casually asking me if I wanted them like there was no cost.

I was recommended by my neighbor to go to Synergy for physical therapy after suffering patellofemoral pain syndrome & ankle pain during quarantine after trying to stay in shape. I completed about 2 full 12 weeks sessions there. I can honestly say they took great care of me and taught me great exercises to keep up at home. My knee pain is now minimal and ankle pain gone. Dave & staff were stellar. They were very nice and knowledgeable. Dave ensured I had positive tissue changes before discharging me. I forgot one of my session times and turned out to be 30 min late and they called and fit me later that day without any issues and were very understanding. They are constantly cleaning between patient use and only using every other table to maintain social distancing. I highly recommend Synergy if you need physical therapy.

I am 59 years old and have had knee pain caused from arthritis that was slowing me down from the physical activity that was so important to me. I was impressed with Dave and his entire staff. They were attentive to my goals and worked to develop a plan to allow me to get back to the physical activity I had previously enjoyed. Synergy has a family feel to it and the therapists and assistants who I worked with knew my goals and everyone is caring and kind. They are very attentive and helpful explaining the rationale for the exercises selected and ensuring they are done correctly for maximum benefit. The facility is immaculate - great effort goes into maintaining a safe and environment for the patients and staff. I have my 87 year old father going there now and he is also very happy with the care he is receiving (a sharp contrast from the other therapy location he was attending). I highly recommend!

My home health PT contacted Synergy after I was unsuccessful getting into the physical therapy (in the Hoag HB building) office I had spent 2 months prior to surgery doing physical therapy. Synergy accommodated my rehab. and I couldn't be happier.I had a complete knee replacement and physical therapist, David implemented a complete recovery program.  The first 2 portions were very successful and I'm completing the 3rd leg of treatment out of the area.  David and his staff were very professional and thoughtful to my needs.  The front office staff was great, especially April.Great place for rehab and I would strongly recommend Synergy to anyone recovering from knee replacement surgery.

Also, and probably more importantly, there was ZERO turn over from the staff in the 4 months that I attended there. If you compare that to other PT places that I have been to in the area that is astounding. One place I had a new therapist every 3 weeks for 3 months. NOT THIS PLACE. AWESOME.

The Synergy team is friendly and they open early at 7 am so you can squeeze in a session before work. Dave the owner is onsite everyday and works personally with each patient or supervises while you work with his staff. His explanations of why you're doing each exercise are detailed and informative. I never felt like they were watching the clock and trying to push me out the door when my 60 minutes were up and most days my sessions ran long.

I came to Synergy for a foot injury I sustained while ago, and I am so glad I did. Dave is very knowledgeable, is professional, and prepares a program specifically for your individual needs, which is what I received. I felt listened to, and Dave not only helped (with his vast knowledge) with my initial injury, but helped in other areas related to my foot injury as well. I am experiencing positive results, and I am able to walk more normally again, a great relief! Dave has a wonderful bedside manner, and I felt welcomed. He has an amazing staff as well. If Dave wasn't there on a particular day (which was rare), I felt I was I good hands with his staff. Cesar (I hope I am spelling his name correctly?) was also professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I can't recommend Dave, and his team enough! If you are looking for a place for Physical Therapy, I highly recommend SYNERGY!
