It has been 1 year since my left knee was replaced by Dr Gibson. It has been a blessing. Dr. Gibson is a talented surgeon and very professional doctor. His team is also very professional and competent. The surgery has changed my life for the better. Thank you Dr. Gibson.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr Gibson due to a very unpleasant back issue. His office personnel were outstanding, the X-rays were taken right then and the Doctor spent time with me to explain what he thought the issue was, what he recommended - I was not rushed and believe he would have spent more time with me if I needed it.

This is a very bad practice from a client service point of view. They never return messages, are always reactive and generally don't care. I have now been waiting for a month to get a treatment done, approved by my insurance, but they keep saying it was denied and they will resubmit next week. Their office manager is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to and just doesn't care. Due to his really bad attitude and complaining about being short staffed, and having over 80 patients blah, blah .... I will never know if Dr. Gibson does a great job with knee replacement as clearly, according to the office manager, I am not important enough to be offered the care I need. There are many, many orthopedic surgeons in Orange County and I will find a practice that is focused on patient care and not specializing in excuses. Shocking experience.

Dr. Gibson gave me a new right knee. He is a very kind person and a fantastic surgeon. I am so happy, next my left knee is going on the bloc with Dr. Gibson.

I was in desperate need of an orthopedic consultation. I have a PPO and attempted to schedule appointments all over Los Angeles ASAP, with no success.My husband (Tony Seymour) reminded me of AccessElite's platform. Dr Gibson performed a knee replacement surgery on my right knee 10 years ago. I was told to get x-ray every year. After 5 years, his office would not see me anymore, because they did not accept my health care insurance any longer. I'm now starting my tenth year,and my knee is back to the way it was before. Locking, Buckling, very painful, and I'm using a cane again. Now I need to start all over again with someone else. All I wanted from Dr Gibson is to stand by his work, and fix the problems. He stated this knee replacement would last 15 to 20 years. I barely got 10. He might be a excellent orthopedic surgeon but if he does not stand by his work, then what good is he. I'm only 59 years old, and I need to start over again. Thanks for not being responsible.

Don’t go to him for your shoulder. He did three unnecessary surgeries on me. My tendon was so bad in the first surgery he should have just closed up and sent me to someone who could do a replacement. Instead he drug me along for one year doing surgeries that weren’t helping at all. Don’t trust Dr. Timothy Gibson with anything.
