Had a appointment for a Myelogram.made appt that when it all started . they canceled me because the girl didn't no that dr only did this test on Monday only .he wasn't there after 12:00 12:30. My ride had already canceled her appt to be able to take me.also had to do blood work 10 days befor test .i said I could do it at my primary dr. Gave her the number.  called her back because my dr nurse called said couldn't do it at the office because my dr didn't order blood work. called umi and told them and the girl said she called and my the appt and I could do it there. I said no . You guys are ordering the blood work . So she said ok sending you to Labcort. Asked if I was going to receive a referral she said no we don't send no more. I asked give a # . I asked her your sending me but don't have a number. I'm not google sove she said I google it for you. Number none working #. Labcort was inside of Walgreens.i didn't have a clue.called had issue canceled well they keep calling me . I told them they really were very confusing. The day of test at umi. I was emotional, scared and very tired after.got home didn't see that I had a message. Started listening and I lost the message. Called office explained that I revived a voicemail from the office was put on hold . she said it was a misunderstanding. Ok . I asked my daughter to retrieve voicemail mail from dr office it was the dr telling me he forgot to give info . In case I got really bad headache to call right away. Next day called the office and told them I had received a voicemail from dr and she said No the dr don't call.very un profesional. Talked to 3 different girl.and all 3 didn't no shit .

Pictures speak a thousand words. Took my dad for an enhanced CT scan at this location because of the convenient location. Can’t regret more. An hour later, my dad came out with a super swelling upper arm because the technician injected more than 70 cc (her own words) imaging fluid into my dad’s arm rather than his blood vessel. Yes, I understand it happens whenever IV is administered but I still can’t wrap my head around the fact that the technician didn’t realize she messed up the IV for ~20min until she couldn’t get good imaging halfway during her scanning. She even forced my dad to put his arm, with needle in, bend over and under his head and put a pillow on top to hold it down. My poor dad chose to trust the “so called” professional against his own common sense and didn’t complain it. So wrong. Now, we totally lost our trust in this place. The technician applied cold compression on my dad’s arm but it didn’t really help much. Several hours later, my dad’s whole arm swelled so much that scared us. He’s very skinny and the pictures may not show the degree of his whole arm swelling but you sure can see the excess amount of the accumulated fluid in his elbow joint. I’m filing a complaint with the corporate and will update here about how they handle it.Pictures speak a thousand words. had a xray and mammo!

Had a scheduled ultrasound and Kristin was kind and answered all my  questions on procedure. The front office staff was excellent, I loved the nice young lady that put the movie selection to "Miracle on 34th Street" such a nice touch for an imaging waiting room. Thanks again !

The staff is a 12/10 on the Customer Service. Jimmy and ladies at the front reception are amazingly quick and on-point. 2 visits to this location in 2 weeks and my experience only for better. Thank you for making this medical procedure as painless as possible!Most of these bad reviews need to be ignored for not understanding the MRI and X-Ray machines are limited to 1 of each on-site. If any appointment is late or taking long it is because someone else taking longer than normal.The staff is a 12/10 on the Customer Service. I have to say, I was rather apprehensive coming here due to the reviews. However, I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised. We had a normal wait while we filled out paperwork. From the scheduler, to the multiple reminders, to the front office staff to the technician, they were all great! Both my husband and I had to have MRIs due to a car accident and they all couldn't have been more gentle and accommodating. The tech talked me through 2 different MRIs knowing I'm a tad claustrophobic. It was hubby's 1st MRI and he was super happy how it all went. It was a breeze! If you are SICK - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! If you go to your appointment, even if you get there early, they do not communicate with you or take your current state of health in mind.My mom has cancer & is currently undergoing treatment that leaves her really exhausted. She was sitting in a chair for AN HOUR & A HALF until they saw her for her scan. I had to go in there to ask what is going on since they only allow patients in. The woman at the front said “they are backed up & that’s why [my mom] should of been there at the time we told her.” My mom was 5 mins early on top of their 15 minute check-in before the appointment time. I asked to see the time that was written down when she checked in because she thought we got there late & all she told me was “I already spoke to the manager, she will be seen soon.” 90 mins AFTER her appointment time.WORST EXPERIENCE. WORST SERVICE. DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL. My poor mom got home to stay in bed the rest of the day from having been so tired as a result. Don’t understand why give u an appointment time if there running late so disappointing. But have to wait cause I need this test done

Waited over an hour to get an mri done and there was no patients. Got called into the back to wait about 15 more minutes

Really sad service here. The man that did my MRI was great but it took me sitting am hour passed my time and no one answering any of my questions. Don't even listen to the sign saying patients only allowed inside. I came sedated and my fiance waited outside while everyone else brought someone else in with them and that seemed fine. Very rude workers behind the counter. Mainly the heavy set woman with the arm tats..Really sad service here.
