I don't understand why they have you make an appointment you can't get this X-ray done without an appointment so they make you make one and then they can't even get you in on time what a jokeAlso be prepared to feel like you're sitting inside of a echo chamber the acoustics are horrible you can't hear anybody because you're hearing everybody
I love this place! Everyone is so kind and friendly. I rather go here for my MRI THAN ANY OTHER PLACE 😃
Lots of people when I showed up (walk-in) but only had to really wait about 30 mins. They run a smooth operation there. You’re in good hands!
Personal was very pleasant and comforting☺️
Appointment: 6:40am requested arrival with 7am as the actual exam time.I arrived to the office at 6:45am to a door that's locked with all the lights shut off. No one was inside. There was another patient also waiting who was completely confused, thinking he went to the wrong location. Nope. It was the right location. Nobody was there. At around 7am, a technician arrived. But because the doors were locked, even HE COULDN'T GET INSIDE. We all sat waiting in the lobby. A few minutes later, another technician arrived. Then after 7am, the receptionist person arrived and opened the office door. Before the office was opened, I was trying to call Wave Imaging but got an answering machine. I didn't actually get seen until around 7:20am. I had another exam the previous day at the Newport Beach location and watched the tech people arriving 20 minutes after my early morning appointment. But at least at the NB location, they were 20 min late vs 40 min, the receptionist was there and he was nicer. I've been to the Huntington Beach location once before and had forgotten about how disorganized it was. I won't forget again! The waiting area is also much smaller and gets cramped pretty quickly. The exam itself was another story that I won't get into.If you desire a professionally run medical office, go to another branch.
Too many people, not enough staff. Website to make reservations doesn't allow registration. Frustrating
3/2/23. Was supposed to go in for both MRI and CT scan with contrast. I got a phone call. "We're running an hour behind." Then I got a second call. "How soon can you be here?" Went in. Somehow they lost the order for the CT scan w/contrast. First they said it was cancelled back on 2/15. Hard to believe since we had spoken about it just 2 days earlier, on 2/28. I was ushered into a closet to change. They shoved forms at me. "Just sign the consent form first. You can fill out the other forms later." Yeah, but don't you need to know the information from the other forms before we start? I guess not. 35 seconds later, no kidding couldn't have been 35 seconds later, she's banging on the closet door, "Are you changed yet?" What am I, a quick change circus act? They stopped the MRI half way thru and pulled me out to insert the IV for the contrast. Not sure why. The IV wouldn't be used till the CT scan that was to follow, across the hall. They jabbed the needle into my right arm with all the skill of a 5th grader. "Gee! Why did you jump?" Why do you think I jumped? Went to the left arm. Whoever did the 2nd attempt was definitely more skilled... or so I thought. Hey, do you guys know what you're doing? Have you ever done this before? "Of course. We know what we're doing." Well, that was a bald faced lie. One of you didn't because I could clearly hear that one asking the other how to do it. "Okay, what do I do next? How do you do that?" Yeah. Now I've got an IV port in me that won't even be used for another half hour. I go back in the MRI to finish that. They get me up off of the MRI bed. "Be careful of the IV hanging out of your arm." Yeah. Why is that there NOW? And we move across the hall where I lay down on the CT bed. Again, "Be careful of the IV stuck in your arm." And again, I ask why was it put in so early? I'm across the hall with someone who evidently did know what he was doing. "Nope. The IV doesn't work. Doesn't work." (So the second person earlier who did the left arm really didn't know what she was doing either.) "Doesn't matter. I can fix it." He did, with a little effort and even less pain. So he evidently was rehearsed. He finished the CT scan with no further problems. Then I got a chance to finish all those forms and gave them all the information they should have needed before we started. Pretty amateurish outfit. I only went there because it was a 3 mile drive, rather than a 35 mile drive. However, had I known...
Very good service.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
