Dr. Kobayashi is very kind, understanding, and quick! He is also very gentle when he needed to inject medicine on me which I appreciate a lot. I highly recommend Dr. Kobayashi!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Kobayashi for some time and I have to say I have never had a doctor have the bedside manner he has. He has always not only greeted us happily but taken care of both of us with our diabetes issues of the feet. Thank you so much for being there for us.

Today was my 2nd visit here and have to say Dr Kobayashi is great with how he is helping with my newly acquired arthritis in my foot. He is very quick to assess the problem and render treatment. Oh and his bedside manner is awesome as well! Feels like he's an old friend already with the stories he's been telling me and the banter back and forth between us. His office walls are adorned with autographed pics of professional athletes and college athletes as well thanking him for fixing them up and getting them back in action. I highly recommend him for any problems you might be having with your feet!

My wife had bunion surgery and it’s been almost 2 years after that and her foot is gotten worse. The bunions come back and she’s got severe pain going down the bottom of her foot.

I had bunion surgery in 2005 with Dr Kobayashi and do not recommend him at all. I should have known when an office loses your x-rays the day before your surgery and the office says, "Don't worry we'll take them again the day of the surgery." That's the sign of a bad omen. He removed the bunion on my left foot, but my toes are still crooked on that foot and my L- big toe is slightly raised not giving me the stability I need when walking. I had surgery with another doctor for my R-foot and it went beautifully. I do not recommend this doctor.

Where do I start? The office staff is nice; the doctors are nice. Unfortunately, we had to switch from Dr Travis to Dr Kobayashi bc Dr Travis no longer took our insurance. Fine. Great. It seemed like a smooth transition. Now, we are technically new patients with a new insurance. The hubs made his appt with Dr K and was fitted for custom orthotics just like last year and the year before. The two prior years, the staff submitted for pre-approvals, and everything was covered 100% (under Insurance 1). For whatever reason, they decided not to this year even though we are technically new patients and with a different insurance (insurance 2) and THEY KNEW THIS. Yes, THEY KNEW and they failed to let us know that they did not run it first. Now, we have a bill for over $500 from their office bc the insurance only covers orthotics for people with two medical conditions that my husband does not have. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.
