Great facility and helpful staff, from the front desk workers who do the check in, to the pharmacy counter, and of course the nurses and my doctor. I have been coming to this location since November 2018, and my doctor, Dr. Runas, and the usual nurse I get (Mirna) are always on time, kind and very thorough. They always explain things to me completely and answer any questions I have, and I do not feel like they are rushing through my appointment. I have visited Dr. Runas for a variety of appointments ranging from a sprained toe to a general physical, and each time I get excellent care. Dr. Runas is also very friendly and he and all the nurses make me feel very comfortable.

Went here yesterday and my experience was very positive. People at the front desk are very helpful and the nurses were great. My Doctor was great, she was very helpful and made me feel at ease. Also I'm a big guy so removing my shirt for a stranger isn't easy, lol, but they made me feel comfortable. Place is clean and you can drink free coffee while you wait, but you wont be waiting very long, I was attended to quickly.

If you have nothing else to do go there and wait. It is brand new using millions of dollars of Obama money and their patient care is about 100 years out of date. You waste hours waiting for treatment and follow up. Has anybody told them about 21st Century medical care? If you are sick today forget it you have to travel five miles to another urgent care in an industrial zone. What a waste of money.
