The front desk receptionist is very rude! Such a bad experience with Maria. I have a chronical condition since childhood - asthma - and I needed a refill inhaler prescription. I'm all about stopping addictive drug prescriptions to patients but an inhaler is by far an addiction but a necessary tool to allow me to BREATHE. She gives me a run around, name called me, and insults my spouse for speaking on my behalf just to try to get a refill for my inhaler. How pathetic.. In the end, she did me a "favor" to have a phone consultation with the doctor to get my refill. This is my Primary Care Physician, why should I have to go to the ER to get my prescription? Dumb.!!Go somewhere else, the doctor has the same attitude.

The front desk receptionist its a very rude lady always turning me away to comeback at the afternoon walk, when i get to the clinic before 1pm..shes always telling me that they are busy but thats their problem not mines to handle..Will be searching for another clinic within my city.. Very dissapointed with this clinic, it was my first time coming here with my kids, but now i have a bad experience with the front desk lady Rude Lady!
