Horrible servicio. Tengo que estar llamando para que manden la mecina a mi mama lo hacen hasta que les da su gana te atienden de mala gana todas con un genio que ni ellas mismas se soportan viejas pedorras. Nomas van por su cheque muy sucio todo los bańos. Ni se dija. Las sillas llenas de mugre y bacterias seguro hay covid desde el 2020 huele feo 👎👎👎👎👎👎 ni sacar sagre saben lo unico que saben es sudar y comer. Tengo ganas de que saluden y sean amables

This office has the worst patient service ever, not only do they have long wait times but they also never answer their phones, and if they do answer they leave you on hold for thirty minutes or more.

This staff is so incredibly rude and has no care for their patients.. my mom has been waiting for a refill since Wednesday today it’s Monday and nothing these people absolutely don’t take into consideration the pain the patient is feeling and needs their medication for.. I can’t believe how inconsiderate these people are.. the more you call to ask for the refill the more they take to give the actual refill..

horrible horrible doctor and staff the doctor does not listen to any ailments you are having and insists on having test nothing to do with whats wrong with you seems like he justs want to bill the insurance company for unnecessary tests and rude rude rude and arrogant being his excuse that he is a doctor and im a nobody his exacts words. and the nurses not one seems to know how to draw blood except for one that has been their a few years . and no soap or towels in bathroom ever . and dirty dirty floors and rooms im done with this place i have no idea if dr azurin has a clue or does not care

Love this clinic the doctors are very nice and the ladies in front office and back office are very polite and helpful. Will not change my dr for nothing I’ve been coming here for many years myself and my family kids love it here

I bring my parent's to this clinic and the wait is always over 2 hours or more and that's with an appointment! Imagine without one oh it would be an all day appointment it's very disappointing and horrible. Plus the girl who puts my mom into her room is always so rude and has an attitude. I work with patients also and I feel this is not correct at all. Patients should feel comfortable going to any establishment and feel they are being treated with respect!! But what are we gonna expect if the nurse was even treating their Drs. disrespectfully. I Didn't know what her name was I was just in ahh of the over coming of what I was seeing. Not to top it off I could hear them talking about patients information and speaking negative things. This is not OK! What happened to not disclosing information and to protect sensitive patient information out loud where other patients or staff could listen. I am very upset and will look for another facility for my parents.

I had a lab test appt at 10:30am and was waiting while 8 other patients that came in after me were seen first. I went in mysef to get my paperwork back at 12:30pm so I can leave and they asked why I was in & apparently they did not set my appt for lab test so they finally passed me in to take some blood, I was fasting.They sometimes have to do appt through the phone and when they say they are going to call back they do not.They claim they can't give me authorization to see certain specialists and say I just need to go in person to whoever I am trying to see. I went in person and my specialist said my insurance would completely cover me but I need an authorization so my PRIMARY DR needs to make an authorization. Yes, my primary Dr. lied to me because they are lazy.Most of the time they DO NOT answer when you call and these calls are during business hours.

Don't come to this clinic jay is very rude they dont really help you and it's very dirty they don't care about covid they still let patients go the clinic

filthy medical office no soap in bathroom no sanitizer no paper towels or hand dryer floors and just dirty no wipe downs of chairs before or after patients come or go. smoking seems to be ok close to entry doors why this is allowed who knows and the male doctor who says he is in charge doenst seem to care and its usually hot with a/c never turned on or its not working properly and no response from complaints to the office manager or doctor

horrible and filthy medical office not even soap or sanitzer paper towels or hand dryer in bathroom exceedingly long wait you come 45 minutes before appointment time and usually close to 2 hours wait time then not even ten minutes and the doctor just rushes you by in and out and ignores your question and or questions about his view on your current problems . the male doctor says he is charge of all office management but allows smoking by the entry way by custodian.  staff is rude does not clean the chairs or room as patients come and go and when i asked as i entered they huffed at me like they where bothered by my request and the floors are just filthy and the a/c for over a year now doesnt seem to work or they just like it steaming hot in this place i do not recommend and do not know why they are not more complaints or closed by the county inspector especially with covid and delta variant going on this place is just disorganized and shows no interest in a clean medical environment for their patients
