Huntington Park Advanced Imaging's Online Review Report Card

This review specifically for the associated Zoe Ave location. Your appointment confirmation should tell you which of the two offices to go to. I was a little afraid, seeing some pretty bad reviews for this location, but I needn't have worried! I came in about 10 minutes early for my for my 2pm appointment, and was called in to the ultrasound room a few minutes before 2. Both the receptionist, and especially the technician, were professional and friendly, and made me feel at ease. I was in and out in well under an hour, but the ultrasound still seemed very thorough. Parking could potentially be difficult here, but at the Zoe location street parking is free with a 2 hour limit (no meters). We were lucky and found a spot quickly, but it was definitely crowded, so be prepared for that time-wise. A little before my appointment I called the Radnet help line, and someone in billing was happy to confirm that my insurance should cover any Radnet location, even though a different location was on my referral form. I would return for future exams here with no hesitation! I also appreciated being able to make my appointment online.

My husband came to this office for an ultrasound and X-ray they charge him $270.00  I checked another place in Downey for both ultrasound and X-ray $185.00 what a big difference my husband tried to tell them about the price and the person from this office didn't acknowledge the price we came here because at the Downey office they didn't have appointments until March so we didn't have a choice this is the first and last time we came here. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/ MONEY HERE AT THIS OFFICE THERE PRICES ARE VERY HIGH THEY DONT EVEN TRY WORKING WITH YOU SO SAD THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR SELF

Came for my apt today August 17th at 140 pm and there were Unsupervised kids running around the lobby screaming with no masks on. I brought it to the staffs attention and they allowed me to wait in the back, but they didn't seem to be doing anything about it, I have underlying conditions which make it very dangerous for me at the moment and this is not acceptable practice for a medical facility. They were also very firm when I made the appointment about not bringing anyone who didn't have an appointment with me.

I had an ultrasound appointment, but there was some miscommunication from my docs office to the facility and apparently i was scheduled all the way at Redondo Beach. Since I was already there with a full bladder (required for the ultrasound) they took me in. They were all so nice.

The two Latina girls receptionist & assistant are nice but the Armenian tech lady is rude AF!! The girls look scared of her. How dare she give me attitude. I had to leave, I am never going back! This is what I get for going to the freakin ghetto. I called my orthopedic as soon as I Ieft so they can refer me back to the other MRI place I went to in LA the last time.. I loved it there, much bigger, customer service is amazing compared to here and they have better equipment. This place is like a whole in the wall, tiny and felt shady.

Had 2 MRIs done this week on Monday and today. Receptionist Laura was very friendly and helpful, greeted me once I walked in and even asked me how I was doing. I have a big issue lying there straight on table due to the bad tension in my neck that goes down to my arms and legs. I went into both MRI's very doubtful and nervous, hoping everything was going to be okay and just get through it as fast as I could. Both MRI technicians Gabriel and Melissa were super helpful and patient with me and made me feel comfortable in making sure I was okay  and never once doubting that I couldn't get through it and that meant more to me then anything. I would highly recommend them. Even though their office is a rural area, it is just fine once you enter and they make you feel comfortable and make you a priority to get in and out. I will definitely be going back for sure to get any MRI or CT scans done there again if needed. Much thanks and appreciation to all their staff. It is good to see people do their job well and it shows how they treat their patients, they love their jobs.

Doc muy bueno lastima de front desk que tiene no es profecional ami papá ayer lo trataron mal no es la la primera vez qué pasa creo que deben re evaluar alos empleados o entrenar para que tengan una mejor atención alos pasientes .

I was quickly admitted for a scheduled pregnancy ultrasound and didn't have to wait long. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The tech, however, seemed to be having a bad day and was very short with me. She gave very nonsensical, almost irritated, answers to any question I asked. She didn't let me see the screen with the baby's ultrasound until the end of the 45 min session because she said that if she moved the screen to show me, then she wouldn't be able to see. My husband and mother-in-law also had to wait outside the whole time even though I had called the previous week to check if they could join me in the room and had been told yes. They were allowed in the last few min when all of us were finally allowed to see the screen. The tech did not allow us to use our phones to take any pictures or videos of the ultrasound on the monitor, and said she would give us the pictures. But she only snapped 3 that were not very clear or the best from what we had seen. Hope to not return here or at least get a more polite and helpful tech.

I go to HealthCare Partners and they referred me to go get X-ray at Downey Radiology. But unfortunately, their system was down so then Downey Radiology referred me to Their other office, apparently they have the same system. Which is here at Huntington Park, but only one girl is here.. omg and a lot of people waiting. Rude service as well, why did they refer me here!!??
