1 started having major break outs during Covid. As someone who never had issues with acne before I immediately started freaking out and panicked... ended up completely scarring my problem area while still breaking out in the same area. I went to see Claudia Lopez, she took such great care of me and my skin. Claudia analyzed my problem areas and told me exactly what she seen. My facial was so relaxing and I got up feeling refreshed and glowing, she even customized a skin care regiment with recommendations to treat my acne and dark spots. I have gone each month to see her and over the 4 months my scarring has almost gone completely and though I do still have a few pimples here and there my skin doesn't feel as clogged or look as dull. I have also seen Dr. Doriana Cosgrove for fillers, I had a small top lip and a heavier bottom lip. Dr. Dori enhanced my lips and gave them more volume without over doing it. They look so natural and I love my lips! She does such a great job explaining exactly what she thinks you need and won't ever go a step over that and she always makes our visits so much fun! Thank you Dr. Dori and Claudia for boosting my confidence!!!

I was treated very poorly. Had to wait long past appointment time as doctor's friend (dentist) arrived late for her appointment. There was no follow up after my treatment and they did not return my calls/emails when I wanted to let them know about the non-existent results. Would never go back

After eighteen months of receiving two cool sculpting treatments, two laser treatments and finally threads to tighten my sagging neckline, I have no improvement to show for the $3900 spent. Very disappointing and time-consuming experience. Nancy H.

Went in for Botox on my frown lines between my eyebrows and to soften the crow's feet lines. Told her NOT to do my forehead because I don't prefer "Pointy" eyebrows making you look like you're always surprised. Was talked into doing forehead because she could "work around the eyebrow issue". Ended up with majorly pointed eyebrows. So embarrassed I kept my bangs long. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because she allowed for a free 'touch up'. Now I have one drooping eyebrow and one pointy. Will not go back...

A great practice. Dr. Doriana Cosgrove is quite skilled in her trade. I've been going here for over a year now for a variety of treatments. I've found Doriana to be an honest wealth of information, and I appreciate that this is a well-managed family business. Highly recommended.
