His staff is so un professional they do not know how to schedule appointments i have been trying to see him since june .i had to fill in papers ,then he never called me ..made an appointment again for sept 21 he never called .so i called and they have switched my appt until sept 29 appt was at 3:15 waiting waiting ..untill i called at 3:45 the ladies tell me that they have been trying to reach me cause i need new forms again since i am considered a new patient.why didnt they said that when i call them on the 21 of sept they are rude and do not care if we need to see the dr...called my insurance to get a new dr..and file a complaint ..

I've been with this doctor for over like 5 months now and him and his staff are very kind they responded to all my questions and he is also quick and shows that he cares about his patients.

Dr. Darawal is knowledgeable, compassionate, and hard-working, in fact, he is so hard-working that it's why I'm rating him 4/5 instead of 5/5. He is the only doctor in a private practice attached to a busy hospital, and he sees an incredible number of patients per day. Because of this, he is not able to give as much time and attention to each case than he would, which would improve preventive care for those of us who want that. He deserves a day off, and would be 5/5 if he had a partner
