Most of the time no phone answer...always all mail boxes are full ...never call you back...never connect you to the doctor in different time than your appointment ...office close long time before lunch ..stuff are horrible..I don't know who I can contact to complain
Our daughter is a patient there there staff is messy unorganized and rude there receptionist letty is rude unprofessional Ive been up in the office where she puts her patients on hold and just talks to her coworkers and complains about the patients they’ve left me on hold for hours . Please don’t waste your time or money they will leave you waiting for care for 2hours and plus ..
Why’s it so difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Policar in this place? It’s not even that I desperately need to see her, I just would like access to the person prescribing me my meds. But apparently every time I need to make an appointment with her, I call and letty has to “call me back” after she confirms what days the Dr. will even be in. I never got that phone call and it’s been a week. I’m gonna go elsewhere, I should’ve trusted the other reviews.
Awful.
I try calling this office 2 times to make an appointment as a new patient. I think I change my mind I never got an answer waited 49mins listening to the music playing . I think I want an office that answer the phone when you call.
I’d give this place a 0 medical assistants are rude and don’t acknowledge it or try to actually do a good job 👎🏼
this is the worst place to come for your health. Lorena is extremly rude and even unsure how she got into the field lol Very unprofessional and really wish they cared more about their patients healthAwful patient care and would not recommend to anyoneEveryone else is nice but the lady in the front is missing a screw and my needs were not taken care of
Front desk..very helpful...Doctor assistant...very helpful...Dr Dean Scofield...very unprofessional and unwilling to see my special needs son. You can tell who cares about the patient and who is there for a paycheck. I have filed a complaint with the insurance and will take it further as soon as Dr. Reyes returns my call.
If only I could give 0 stars! Terrible service and dirty bathroom. I had to go back 3 times just to get basic blood panel test results, and I didn't even get them! The first time I went they wouldn't take blood, apparently I had to come back in for that. When I came back to get it done first they asked for a urine sample, fine, but the bathroom was dirty and they didn't have anywhere to put the sample, so I'm guessing there has been a lot of urine on that sink - GROSS! Then the nurse taking blood messed up and blood spurted out of my arm and I had a bruise that lasted a week and another nurse had to finish by taking blood from the other arm. The third time I went back for the results (why they can't do that over the phone I don't know) and I sat for 30 minutes while the receptionist said she couldn't verify my insurance and had to call my insurance company, then went and helped several other patients while I waited and the other nurse on reception was on the phone the entire time not addressing anyone. I verified my insurance on my phone very quickly, so it was a problem with their system, and I ended up asking for my card back and left. They have an online portal where I was able to find my test results (first of all, I never gave permission for them to be uploaded to an online portal and that feels like a breach) and I googled what was normal for each result because I didn't speak to the doctor. For two of the results the lab notes said they were unable to run the test because the sample was not centrifuged properly. I'm never going back there again.
Nothing but good experiences here. The staff is great, all of them. They always pick up the phone and the doctor is good.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
