I GO TO HIS OFFICE ON MACLAY. THAST OFFICE IS HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY PUT U ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME. DR FLORES IS HARDLY THERE HIS NEVER AVAILABLE. TO SEE HIM THERE A WAIT OF ALMOST A MONTH. I HAVE TO BE GOING TO THE ER OR TO ANOTHER DR OFFICE TO GET SEEN. NOT GOOD SERVICE AND THE RECEPTIONIST STATED SHE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABLOUT IT. I WAS JUST DIAGNOSED CHRONIC CONDITION AND THEY CANT HELP ME.

I have a prescription but the cvs tink Is a fake and I canot find this doctor to verified the prescription. and the clinic of las Americas is closed, but they have advertasin that is open 7days .

Doctor Flores LISTENS to your problems. He's VERY==kind, and goes out of his way, to help his patients. I wish I met him sooner. I have special health needs, he understand. He does everything he can to help me. The only problem with him, is availability. I'm used to being able to walk in, and see my doctors back in Los Feliz as a walk in, if I needed it. Always make an appointment with Doctor Flores a week in advance. His staff is top notch. They are very nice. They love my golden retriever too. I wish he was more available. Besides that, he's the best I've seen in L.A.
