This was a great experience after being turned away at premier urgent care off Monroe in Indio at 8:30pm when they closed at 9. I arrived around 8:38pm and the admissions lady was very nice and making casual conversation to make time go by fast. The RN was polite as well as the medical assistant who helped me hold down my very stubborn daughter for a Covid test. The Nurse practitioner called in before coming in to let us know my daughters condition, she indeed test positive for Covid. Once she came in she let us know what we can do to make it a little easier to ease the virus. I’m fully vaccinated but I was concerned for work and they did give me paperwork in order to care for my daughter and school. Thank you to everyone at the office that night, my nerves were through the roof. My daughter is 7 days now with the virus, her fever has broke and cough is going away. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Maybe the pediatric office is good but Sac Health System for adults is terrible! The office receptionist are zero help, they fail to answer the phone within 15 mins before closing, or if they do they’ll leave you on hold until your call is dropped. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Dr. Agoston apparently can’t fill out simple forms correctly. I went 6 times within a span of 3 weeks to the office and they still couldn’t fill out a form correctly. One of the most stressful situations I’ve encountered in my life. The nurses don’t want to help you and neither do the receptionist. This is why I dislike medical personnel. They have terrible work ethic and nobody holds them accountable for their lack of customer service skills. NOBODY! They just brush off they’re ineptness and move on to the next patient.

Closer to home but still a 30min drive for me, got there about 10mins late and they told me they couldn’t see my child when in my understanding there is a 15min grace period. My main problem is that is so hard to contact them directly to the clinic, always getting sent to voicemail.

Clean facility and friendly staff. I've visited location in two separate occasions, and both visits staff was very helpful and professional.

Highly recommended, I bring my 2 children here I love how they respect privacy & my child’s care is priority. Thank you guys for making my kids love going to their check ups and making me feel comfortable with quality care in your hands.
