Savas Health's Online Review Report Card

I strange sente here for treatment. Supposed to be once or 2x a week but they only scheduled me 1x every 2 weeks, 1 hour sessions. Saw the chiropractor first time for the evaluation about 40 minutes. Next time for about 5 minutes, because he was late for a meeting. Third time I sat in the room for over a half hour and never saw him before I got up and left, canceling all future appointments. If you're that busy don't book appointments and don't bill the insurance for 1 hour for nothing.

This place is very unprofessional sorry. Running out of meds before your next monthly appointment? Too bad. Expect to have the office answer your phone when you're going through withdrawals? Too bad. I am reporting this place and lifekind health to the department of public health for inhumane prescription policies and lack of communication or care for patients if they don't change their ways.

Trash don't go here i been with them for 8 months they never got nothing done im not satisfied at all still in pain

This place sucks. They dont really do anything thing to help. They dont answer the phones, they barge in during 1on1 counseling sessions. The chiropractor doesn't work on you. When you go you get 10 mins of the tens unit machine, some cream and a 5 min massage (that dude is great and I know he doesn't control the time) but everyone else here sucks. Very unprofessional. The doctor or nurse, doesn't refill prescriptions when she said she would. Its been over a week and a half since I've had my meds. Avoid this place at all costs. Oh and dont even get me started on the behavioral therapist with blonde hair and glasses. She should be fired from being a therapist.

They changed the name again. Anyone know what it is? Please

savas is great dr carol is the best always wanting the best care for me the staff perfection the staff is on point always taking care of all my needs physical therapy works wonders acupuncture is the best chiropractor is great therapist always helpful greatest facility

I have to apologize to Savas health all of the staff and employees and Carol who's been extremely helpful and listens to me and spends time with me. I was too quick to judge the way they handle patients and schedule and I will recommend them, especially to go in and see Carol if you live with chronic pain like I do. I cannot imagine being in their shoes being in the health industry all of the patients they see day by day hour by hour minute by minute, every kind of injury and just all the different kinds of people. One thing I've learned is pain does make a person angry but another thing I've learned is the doctors today. Do not deserve any kind of harsh treatment not with what they do. so my recommendation to anybody out there with chronic pain may now or in the future go to Savas also known as life kind pain management , go in with a smile say good morning and have a good day. They deserve it.

Dr. Carol who I saw again today as well as 4 other team members, I can't tell you how helpful they all are the entire team. Now Dr. Carol Winfield is something special to go out of her way to be very personal amd take the time out to know everything that's wrong with me amd know the direction to lead me in. Even though we don't agree about everything we always end up on the same page because she acsurly listens and truly cares as well as all her team members. Sincerely, Jonathan Henderson

Exceptional help, caring and compassionate. Doctor Wingfield is very knowledgeable, considerate and helpful with my father's case and tailored an amazing pain management plan to his particular needs. Hands down a exceptional experience and amazing healthcare provider.

This is Jonathan Henderson and I wanted to leave a very great review for Dr Carol especially and also her team. Dr Carol especially goes out of her way to get to know her patients individually and see what my needs are and she does this for each patient because I've spoke to them. She's the only Dr here so I couldn't imagine. She's just a good person and has a great soul and really cares and it shows in her work. Thanks for listening. I hope this reaches the right people. Oh and her team is very friendly and goes out of there way as well.
