The staff is absolutely horrible one hand does not know what the others doing maybe it's because of Covid I have gone through 3 different counselors and 6 months because they keep firing them and they hire them at laundry mat I

The doctor here has a horrible bed side manner he makes you feel horrible about your self when it was them who made the mistake with a clerical error and they won't admit when there wrong and the dosing nurses constantly violate hippa laws by having patents names and dose levels on paper at the dosing window the rest of the staff are ok but since covid everything in this company have gone to hell

First time I’ve ever left a review on anythingPersonally I hate yelpers but here it goesI decided to quit opiatesAnd I went through 2.5 days bearing excruciating withdrawal symptomsI found this place read the only two reviews it has and I agree with both somewhatThe doctor is cool you just have to be truthfulAnd the nurses are fantasticThey treat you very well with dignityThey helped me out that same day and they didn’t have tooSo maybe the doctor caught on to lies and after all the people that come in are addictsImagine someone lying to you in order to get more of a drug while you try to help them off ofI use to be a paramedic and trust me when I tell you that addiction is a decease and yet no hospital that I knew of treats the addicted patients with any dignity or respectIf your looking for compassion and respect come to this place

Doctor is The worst if you want someone to tell you how bad of a person you are how you don’t deserve to live and how you probably should kill yourself because you’re on drugs I would go to this place the Nurse an admin are cool But the doctor makes all the decisions hopefully nobody dies because Of him

I would give zero stars if I could the staff is great the doctor horrible if you want someone to tell you that you're worthless and you should probably kill yourself he's the man otherwise you'd probably want to find another clinic

This was the first treatment center I've been to, after hearing people complain about their methadone treatment centers all my life. I expected very little and was nervous when I came in. However, almost every single person working here are the kindest, most loving, genuine, sweet, and cheerful, understanding people I have ever met. There is one exception to this but I can handle that one nurse and it doesn't ruin my experience compared to the abundance of amazing people that work here. The therapy I had here was the best therapy I've ever had after 9 years of trying different therapists. I feel welcome here and listened to. I feel important and understood. They seem to enjoy their jobs to the fullest. You are never annoying or a bore to them. I would recommend AEGIS Inglewood to everyone who suffers with addiction. This will be a safe haven for you. They also don't seem to try too hard AT ALL to hook you on methadone for the rest of your life. I never felt that pressure from them. They actually seemed to want the best for me, to have me be on methadone for the shortest time that suits me best, that will have me being a functioning member of society as soon as possible. (Of course, if you choose to be on methadone for a long time you definitely have that option here.)

I've been here since 1989 and I've been clean for years. The program allowed me to obtain take homes, the staff has been fine but constantly changing. The constant change has been difficult for me because I become comfortable with one counselor and suddenly they're gone and a new counselor or clinic manager comes in and that's frustrating.My overall experience has been fine because the program has helped me stay clean and sober. I feel like I can start tapering off and I now have the motivation to where I won't have to depend on an agency.The one problem that I really do not agree on is that we can come here and bring Aegis our business for years and sometimes decades, and yet when we have fallen on hard times and we are sometimes five dollars short of our monthly fee, Aegis will detox us and not have a care in the world that we have payed and been here for a long time. Big ups to Nona, she's the best!
