Anphon Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

Went for issue Sept 24,was told in need ultrasound,they would submit referral,and I should receive something in mail for an appointment,in a week or so.i waited a month, still hadn't heard anything,call doctor,they hadn't even submitted paperwork a month later....also unbeknownst to me a few months back,the Dr wanted to see me in a week or so to check blood pressure..nurse made me an appointment,I went to appointment on the day,when I get their nurse tell me it's a tele appointment,I ask how is it a telephone appointment and they hav to check my blood pressure.she looked confused.....they also referred me to ultrasound,but order ultrasound of a different area..I had to go back in waiting until ultrasound place contacted anphon to find out what actually was pose to view .. anphon is completely unorganized,and incompetent....last week nurse submitted prescription for a medicine that the doctor had taken me off of,cause I take another medicine similar .I went to pick up prescription,and pharmacy was like your shouldn't be taking both of these medicine.could have caused harm to me.

If you are in need of seeking medical treatment from a MD do not go here! There is no MD onsite, i suffer from chronic pain and have been managing my pain for many years under DR care. This refused to treat me with health records to show my history. I would not recommend going here

I just want to praise Dr Haller and the Nursing Staff, Bobbie, Giselle and Heidy at Anphon Medical Center, for being kind, compassionate, pleasant, and professional during my visit yesterday. I am extremly pleased with Dr. Haller, he listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Best Dr. Visit in over 20 years. I’m all for the front desk ladies they make my visit all worth it can’t say much for the doctors themself but thanks god for the great service the medical assistant provides without them I think this place would have been close ... 5star for their service.

Don't seem to stock basic medical equipment. Specifically asked to have a wart removed using liquid nitrogen. Was booked in and charged. Again specified what I needed. Waited 30 mins in a room. Dr comes in and says they don't have liquid nitrogen. Waste of time and money. Go somewhere else.

I am happy that I was able to find this medical facility. The staff were approachable and helpful. The doctor was very kind, and I did not feel rushed as we discussed my medical concerns. I plan on returning for my next physical with Anphon Medical Center.

During this pandemic that we are having this center sucks . I'm pregnant and have been trying to get a referral to a ob dr for over 3 weeks . I have called the office time after time . Even to the point where they have started to screen my calls . What kind of doctor office would not answer calls from a patient. Yes they are screen my calls because I called from my hubby phone and they answered and once I said my name they said they would call me back and never did . When I talked to the front desk assistant she said that she had faxed my referral over to the ob doctor office . After calling the ob doctors office several times they have never received anything from them and also they self stated that this was a horrible doctor office and I should switch.
