waited over an hour for multiple appointments this place disgust me with the lack of caring for patients and their time. what's the point in making an appointment just to sit around in a stinky smelling office for over an hour long. rude staff and overall horrible service!!! take your insurance some where else please!!!

When I raised my complaint to the office manager, who is his wife, it fell on deaf ears. Rather than attempting to resolve my complaint, she insisted that I was the problem. It's unfortunate that Dr. Stevenson and his staff provide such subpar service to the predominantly minority community of Inglewood, CA. The doctor seems incapable of providing respect and common courtesy to his patients.

During the pandemic the office was at many different locations. Some young UNPROFESSIONAL LITTLE GIRL answered the phone and gave me an address at 4477 W. 118th St. with an appointment. The office did not exist at the location I was given. I returned to 100 W. Regent and the whole building is boarded up and empty. I had a broken wrist and he was not the one for me. If this Dr. can not get his employee's in the right place there's NOTHING that he can do for anyone else. A COMPLETE LET DOWN...HE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. This seems like a game of seek and find...I NEED A PROFESSIONAL (nothing like Dr (?) Stevenson)

Office never open!!! Apparently their office is the same phone #!!! ??? they just said there’s technical difficulties cuz they’re “closed” today (always) I knocked and a lady answered saying they were closed, I asked about the office phone number she said it’s the same She was kinda rude too 😑 rude staff not doctor I would give a zero if I could

Dr Donald Stevenson, what can I say I had never had any major surgeries up until last year July 30th I had to have a complete hip replacement. I never had any pain from the replacement. Within 4 weeks I started walking distance, I am very excited about my recovery. Dr. Stevenson is the best. Thank you!!!!!!

I do not recommend this place. The wait here is always extremely long with an appointment. Had surgery next day Dr Goring goes on vacation and I'm Left with no pain meds. Call the office for a week straight to ask them to get a hold of him to give me meds and never hear back from anyone. 2 weeks after surgery I finally go in and see Dr Stevenson explain all the problems I've had and on top of that have had to deal without pain meds and ge shows NO empathy. Tells me to Take Tylenol. Tylenol is not going to Help someone who just had a total knee replacement! I'm scheduled to see my surgeon Dr Goring in 2 weeks after that horrible visit. Only to go back and the office be closed! No warning or calls yo Notified they wouldn't open. I don't drivé so had to Uber there and back. I not only wasted my time, money but I'm still in horrible pain. I'm extremely disappointed with this place. I will be looking for new Dr. and not returning here! Please do your research before coming to this place. Oh and the surgeon scheduler Johanna is extremely rude and unprofessional ass well. I've been dealing with her constant attitude for over 2 yrs trying to get the surgery scheduled. I wish I'd never gone thru with.....

I saw 4 doctors before Dr. Stevenson said “can not treat my injury “ but Dr. Stevenson had confidence to treated my case. I’m much better now.

Dr. Stevenson gave me a very through explanation of how the human shoulder actually works. I have never had a doctor who showed as much care in giving an examination. Even he knew that I would be in pain and yet he was as gentle as he could be. I am so happy to have found such a great Orthopedist.
