This is a friendly and homely feel kind of urgent care. They work with what they can to get the job done... I've been here twice and would return. I recommend this place. The second time I went there was a lovely receptionist that helped make my visit pleasant. I can't remember her name, I want to say it starts with a "K" or an "S"... But I was never good with names. I jus know she's a young African American lady. She had these lovely twist braids. Her and the Dr had me laughing and feeling comfortable about my visit. The Dr gave me a brief but thorough explanation of my condition after surgery wayyyyyy better than my surgeon ever did...

When I went the place was empty no patients at all ...the girl in the front desk was rude. Then she took me to the room and waited for the damn Doctor for 1 hours when he didn't have no patient. After that hours finally he showed up just to tell me ....oh yeah you have a pink eye and took me out from the room and told me you can leave now ...that's when I asked him what about the prescription and he said oh...the nurse didn't give it to you???I said no...so he gave it to me....horrible place ...I don't recommend this place at all

They prescribed allergy meds for my son when he was really sick way beyond allergies and my son didn't even have allergy syntoms the "doctor " didn't tell me what was wrong with him which is weird I would never recommend this place she dont help children as far as I can see

This Place buy far the worst urgent care or if that’s what you call this discusting place , dirty instruments, dirty Office , nothing professional about the staff , Rude everybody there period. The “Dr “ that’s checked my daughter asked my seven year old all these questions as if I her parent was not there . With in 10 min my daughter was diagnosed with having a cough and flem , Mediction cough syrup Antibiotics snd Ibuprofen for a head ache and nose bleed we went in for !!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO there or put my child in more danger of catching something else in this place and take in mind I have insurance and they insisted for me to pay for medication DEBITor CREDIT

Horrible - no supplies or equipment to preform basic vital check and they had the nerve to charge me. Your better off going to a hospital.

Just like the Gardena office, TERRIBLE! No doctor or PA on site. Paid for parking to find out they don't take our insurance, Blue Cross. Seriously?! Why are they even open?! They suggested I go their Long Beach office, what a joke! Never going to another Dusk til Dawn. Don't waste your time or energy!👎🏽
