I was attentive today, March 18 at 12:50pm, it is not the first time that the reception girl does bad service, her attitude is horrible. Much better attention in other locations.

I waited 2 hours at this location for an appointment. The doctor spoke with me for no more than 5 minutes and suggested that I reschedule my appointment to make sure it would be covered by insurance. Not only did I NOT receive care that day, but my insurance was billed AND I was also charged $60 out of pocket for the visit. When I called to ask about the cost breakdown, they said the $60 was for the 5 minute meeting and the mandatory pregnancy test they asked me to take. However, $60 feels extreme for those two things and I have insurance too… it really just felt like a scam. I do not recommend FPA at all. They also don’t return their phone calls, and I had to call twice just to get ahold of someone!

I was getting my birth control changed. From the front desk staff to the NP. Great service. I already made my next appointment.

I got my iud (paragard) placed here in 2021 removed it in 2024 to have a baby and then placed again after baby in 2025. I have also gotten a few Pap smears and an sti check here and all the staff is always very friendly. I always feel comfortable as they talk you through every step during any procedure. I always set an appointment and am out within an hour at most, usually 30-40 minutes.

They are good but they take forever if the appointment is 10am expect that you are not leaving until 12pm so don't make plans

Second time I've been here. The staff was friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 12:50 but I got there at 12:57. I was still seen by 1:20 pm. I got my intake, blood check, and iud ultrasound done within reasonable time. Then seen my nurse practitioner who was kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I felt safe and taken care of! I will be back again for any other women's healths need!

4 stars only because the wait was insanely loooong, my appt was at 3 and i didn't get seen until almost 5 however the staff was very friendly and the doctor was really accommodating and approachable. i had an issue with payment after my visit but after calling them they helped me sort everything up very quickly which i really appreciated.

whoever answered the phone 02/12 at 4pm is a big liar. failed To notify me my meds were sent to cvs so I laid in agony for a da.
