I had many experiences dealing with doctors and nurses throughout my life. Just like a relationship, you try always to pray that we find a doctor with a staff behind that cares for the patient’s well being. My husband experience with Dr. Paquette was absolutely amazing. I’m amaze how his nurse Connie was on top of everything, making my life as the care giver and my husband as a patient very easy by being there any time we needed them. I wish I can tell all my family and friends that if they ever need a good recommendation, this is the place to be.
Dr. Paquette is an awesome Surgeon and his staff is friendly and very helpful especially Connie, she’s the right hand and surgery scheduler and she was there for me in behalf of Dr. Paquette with anything that I needed. Dr. Paquette did an amazing work on my lower back. the healing process is going amazing, thank you Dr. Paquette you’re my hero. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Loved the staff a the communication. all the way until surgery team we’re all professional a kept communication all the way thru.
Dr. Plaquette himself was absolutely lovely, it is his staff, they are rude, unhelpful, disrespectful, and flat out mean. I went there seeking treatment from a car accident injury through my attorney. The staff throughout the process(KAREN in specific) was extraordinarily mean and rude. By the end of it neither me or my attorney was able to speak to the doc. Directly and have been told he will no longer be seeing me. This has caused great amount of problems in my life as doc. Plaquette signed my LOA for my work and I cannot return without him specifically signing me off to do so, my HR and LOA director will not accept anything from any other doc as Dr. Plaquette was the one to do so in the first place. I have called as well as my attorney and the same staff members refuse to allow me to speak with the doc or anyone higher up stating he and no one will release me back to work. I am frustrated beyond understanding, and i TRULY hope no one else has had to experience this first hand.
This doctor is exceptional. He knows his stuff, very committed to make you well, will go to the extra length to make sure that your medical concerns about the spine is very well addressed. Also, his staff of Connie and Mario keeps you informed, answers questions and gives you sound advice on your condition. I made a right choice of doctor!
2- surgeries on my lumbar spine , I wasn’t able to walk far away, or move from bed including bathing, drive car or using the bathroom ( Right leg a year ago I was just a different person in severe pain, a year now and 60% much better and ready to get my 3rd, procedure done by Dr, paquette I will not let other Dr, touch my Body for my surgeries I trust God and Dr, paquette good hands 🙌 and the stuff, the lovely Connie and Mario thank you 😊
Dr. Paquette is a great Surgeon. His procedures always yield great improvements. He’s the best. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Always a great experience when I visit Dr. Paquette.
Getting past his office female Connie is tough. She never returns calls and won’t let you leave a message for the Dr. As for him, he said he could “fix my problems” and has left me disabled. Now I find out that he may have been using bogus parts in the surgeries. I have no idea if the “cage” he placed in my neck is bogus or not. He and a group of neurosurgeons were taking kickbacks from the parts company. So I won my permanent disability case because of his surgery that left me worse than I was before the surgery. Now I can only walk with a walker and need to sit down often as I’m easily fatigued. I am so sorry that I put my trust in him and wound up this way. I have no quality of life anymore and can’t do most of the activities I used to love. I was supposed to be his first case that day and was made to wait until almost 6 PM when I was finally taken into the OR. Maybe he was tired by then or otherwise preoccupied but it didn’t go as he had planned. He didn’t fix anything and only made me worse. Don’t have surgery with him!
I had neck surgery with Dr. Paquette in 2013 and just had to have surgery again Feb 2022. They had to take out the old hardware he put in, because he failed it. that was failing and replace it then turn me over and go in the back of my neck. I lost the natural cure because of the 1st set of hardware. My question is did anyone find out if they had black market parts in them? I know in 2015 there were articles about an investigation of like 14 doctors and hospitals. I’m trying to find more information about that case.
First you have to wait for your appointment as he is always running late. He does explain things well and I was so relieved when talking with him since he took the time to explain my whole MRI. “But, he said, the good news is that I can fix it!” It took another year until I could actually get into the hospital because of a name change in the hospital. I was supposed to be first case and wasn’t taken into surgery until about 5:30 PM, having to wait all day. I woke up and spent 5 days and then was transferred to a horrible Rehab center for 7 days and discharged myself as it was intolerable. I saw him twice after surgery in his office and he told me it would take at least a year to heal since the damage was so severe. It is now 2.8 years and I’m now permanently disabled. I never even had a chance to see him for my 3rd visit as the pandemic hit and he wasn’t doing clinic. He has no idea of how he left me which is 100X worse than I was before seeing him. I used to have an active life I mis!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
