Worst office ever talking to the front desk is like talking to a wall the Asian lady hears what she wants to hear and makes you repeat your self multiple times she needs to pay attention and clean her ears out!!! They don't accept patients without the Covid-19 vaccine witch is unfair they actually made me more sick than I was dealing with them

THIS OFFICE IS INSANEONE THING, SHE WILL GET YOU TO THE SPECIALIST YOU NEED... THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY TELL AND HANG UP ON YOU. MOST PATIENTS CONTINUE BECAUSE IT IS HARD TO GET INTO ANOTHER DR RIGHT AWAY. I AM RETIRING D PRACTICE AND THIS DR. I HAVE GIVEN THEM MORE THAN ENOUGH CHANCES TO REDEEM THEMSELVES AS PROFESSIONALS, THE ARE THE WORST. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS AND SHE STILL HAD HER LICENSE. I'M FED UP.

Extremely unprofessional. They have dodged my EIGHT phone calls since Thursday (today is Monday). I have a concussion and need clearance to go back to work. The office is unsightly and looks held together with a bottle of glue and a couple of shoe boxes. I was told to call back in a few hours, only to be told by a different front office person that the doctor wasn't even in altogether! This office is unprofessional and staffed by liars who are not in any shape qualified to work here. SHAMEFUL!

Doctor Monticello and her team are amazing. I've been going there for years and unlike almost all of the pcp's I've had appointments with in the 2000s, when you have an appointment you actually talk to her, the doctor NOT a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant.

This doctor is very rude. There is a pandemic going on & we asked her to please show valid negative covid test results but instead she raised her voice, cursed at us, yelled no, & then proceeded to go and check on her elderly & high risk-patients. VERY NASTY ATTITUDE does not care about other people. Sorry to anyone who has her as a primary care provider.

While Dr. Montecillo is a very bright person, I would advise that you go elsewhere for medical care. She always seems to interrupt patients, myself included, and seems to lack empathy (which is a pretty awful when it comes to this line of work). She was able to send me to specialists that solved my issues, but that's the only good that seems to have come out of being one of her patients. Again, highly advise against going here -- there are much better options in Los Angeles

If I can give 0 stars I would! She needs to be reported to the Medical Board ! DO NOT GO HERE!

This lady is highly unprofessional, rude and mean. I'm unsure of how she's still in practice. She lacks empathy, compassion, and patience. I went to her for a check up as she was recommended by my mother. Although I had an appointment, Montecillo told me she can not check on me because she has other patients. She yelled at me and talked to me as if I was less than. No title gives her the right to talk to or treat anyone the way she did me! Poor doctor, if I could give negative stars, I would. I do NOT recommend her!! Go elsewhere!
