Not sure why this doctor is still operating. The doctors don’t know what they’re talking about. Very rude and they don’t do what they said they were. Do not go here. The service is horrible. The government is sick for assigning this place as my primary care. Lol what a joke,

Do yourself a favor dont go here, unless you don't mind your health declining. Read the reviews before signing up to these death clinics. Dr Wallace has two locations they're both fraudulent no appointment walk in only cash only for disabled people pretty funny how there's no paper trail. No one in the office knows the actual policy I had to clear it up for them after going through my insurance company my provider finally got to the bottom of it they don't know how to do their job they only push for walk-ins cash only so they can make side money.

Never answers the phone , I had a uti and now a kidney infection . Been calling there since the beginning of the year . Consistently never picks up . I have decided to report her and I’m now finding a new doctor .

WORST PLACE EVER! • Front desk reps & nurses all unprofessional • Doctor is always late or doesn’t show at all • Doctor offices are unsanitary • Can’t get a hold of anyone! They’ll put you on hold until you hang up or hang up on you. • ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY • Referrals take over a month to process through them, you’ll have to keep calling to remind them.

i wouldn’t take a house plant to Dr. Wallace’s office. Her office is a Chemotherapy mill. The doctor didn’t bother to call me after I received my lab results, I called the office after waiting for 5 days. I read my own pathology report and found out i had cancer. The absolute worst! I was assigned her with my healthcare and then in a serious accident. I needed a simple referral for an ortho to prevent life-long injuries. Two weeks later - still no referral. Thankfully was able to pay out of pocket for board certified ortho. Her staff in inept and only communicates with a “hotmail” email. Unreal.
