Highly recommend. Incredible experience! Dr. Shariati is one of a kind specialist. He is truly a doctor from God.Very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, kind and dedicated. Excellent customer services. I didn't have to wait a long time. I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Shariati was able quickly find a health problem I had and found a perfect solution. Oh man where do I start .. I walked in at 10 am right when they opened , it was busy nothing I didn't know specially with all the people getting covid tests .. Here's where it starts tho you guys are ready ??!! So when I go up next they usually say hello what brings you here and i know cus I've been there multiple times , but this time i dealt with the rudest person I've ever met in a medical field .. idk her name but she's big Hispanic dark girl , I've seen her in the past and same person rude as hell .. anyways I sign in she doesn't not look at me or says anything as I stand there waiting all she is doing is complaining that she has so much work to do and that the doctor gave her this papers and it's a mess .. so I walked away and sat down I was like ok there busy I guess she's Gona call up my name and then ask me why I'm there and charge me like they usually do .. right ?? We'll wrong !!!!! It's been over an hour and other people that arrived after me go before me that's when I get up and I look at the sign up sheet and it's a brand new one and I'm like hey what happened you weren't Gona call me ???  That's when Mexican Karen starts going off saying I told you to wait just like that , I said whatttt ??? No you did not I signed up you didn't even acknowledge like they usually do there .. the other young lady she's Asian she's the one that usually helps me out when I go and she's soooo nice always says hello and thank you , but this one omg it's like she hates her job no  hello or anything , all she's doing is complaining about her job when all she's doing is sitting down (she might as well go work at the DMV they're always pissed off too ) . Idk if she's the boss there over the doctors but the doctors need to check this out because they're Gona loose business with that super ignorant rude ugly chick . Only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars it's because of the Asian girl which has such nice personality you can tell she belongs in that field and also the Hispanic guy that works there , he works his butt off and he has hospitality .

Dr Shariati is awesome. His staff and fellow doctor are awesome. I went to another urgent care, Reliance, and was treated like a leper and the provider would not see me. I went to Airport Urgent Care and was seen almost immediately. The doctor could see that I was having difficulty breathing and immediately started treating me. He wasn't afraid to provide care even though I had Covid.

This urgent care exceeded my expectations! All the staff and doctor were super nice and made me feel very comfortable and safe. I was literally there no longer than 30 minutes and the great thing about this urgent care is that their 5 minutes away from my home, it's clean and they accept medical 🙌🏽 but I do advise you to call ahead of time to receive clarity on the kind of medical that they take. This urgent care exceeded my expectations All the staff and doctor were super nice and made me feel very comfortable and safe. Just they need money, they not telling you anything detail instractions, Specially the Asian woman infront desk, she's unprofessional rude behavior, treats you badly, No respects at all 😡
