The office people are the worst and the nurses are so rude. They act like they don't want provide healthcare. The doctors are stupid. Never go there

This place is horrible! The lady at the front door is always rude and acts like she hates her job. Yolanda is always rude and not only with patients but with co workers. It's so unprofessional to go off on another nurse in front of patients. They never answer their phones. They schedule you weeks/months out. By the time you get an appointment you'll probably be dead! You never get results until you stalk them for them. It's ridiculous. I don't understand how they are still open! All the bad reviews and this place hasn't been shut down or corrected! The gentleman who's in the front is the only nice and helpful employee along with nurse Yahaira. Everyone else I've encountered there is mad/rude and hates being there. Their attitude and demeanor say it all. Don't schedule someone a phone appt to only call them hours later. People don't have all day to wait on a call that's going to be rushed and dismissed immediately. I advise you to go else where and save yourself headaches to come with this place. Drs do better! Get on it. Get better employees, train them. Be empathetic and professional. Life is already hard enough to have to deal with more assholes while not feeling well. People don't seek a drs office for fun! Don't make it harder for us.

They never answer calls. I have been calling for a month now. I don’t even know who my obgyn is. It is frustrating calling every day for a month now to no avail. it is so terrible, I would have to change my provider.

My experience here has always been helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to SHIRLEY who helps with patient technical services. I have spoken with her MANY times and she is ALWAYS kind, helpful, quick, and really goes out of her way to assist the patient(s) with their needs. She tries to take care of the work so you have to do less calling, asking, etc. which is truly a rare quality. She is also extremely thorough and checks in - and again always with a sweet nature. I'm sure she has to deal with many patients throughout the day- and she does so with genuine care. I hope management can recognize and acknowledge her efforts in some way- she most definitely deserves it. Thank you Shirley. It's because of people like you that make a place feel like somewhere we want to go.

Advise anyone who is looking for an Obgyn to not come here. They can't even keep up with with medical records.

I made an appointment one week ago for just a referral and they said I'll get a call but I never did. I tried calling they just hang up. Don't recommend coming here

Racist doctors, would not recommend for infant, kid and parents with Hispanic background especially for first time patient. They don't care where you were treated last on mark and judgement from the doctors with our warning. Repeat would not recommend bring infants, kids,or elderly to this clinic

The customer service here is terrible 😑😒 we had a appointment for 2pm and never got a call and when we called them they had us on hold for over 35 minutes and never talked to anyone and just got hung up on multiple times. No one communicated with each other here and doesn't have any concerns for their patiences

Stay away from this place. It’s a total joke. They are completely lost and have no idea what or who they are dealing with.I was supposed to have an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner over the phone today about very important tests that I had done 3 weeks ago. This clinic called me 15 minutes before my appointment to tell me that they have made the appointment with the wrong nurse practitioner.Now I have to wait an additional week before I can even get any types of results.Truly, this clinic doesn’t care at all about its patients. I am on the phone calling the medical board as I am typing this right now.

Honestly I have been trying to avoid writing a negative review, however the way the staff treat patients is just horrible. Some if not most of them have terrible attitudes and some don't even want to give you attention if you don't have insurance which is insane. Of course they would only care about making a profit, (they won't even give you results over the phone, you have to personally go in, then pay $50 for 5 minutes with the doctor, only for them to tell you, you're fine, without even going into specific about the results. When trying to get an appointment or even trying to get referenced to a specialist because of a medical issue, they either ignore you or say they don't have space, simply because you say that you don't have medical care. I just hope no one has died because of their actions. Additionally, their patient-doctor care is also horrible, most of the doctors talk to you in a condescending and patronizing way. In all honesty, if you don't like helping people don't even go into the profession. Additionally, if you need to see a doctor ASAP for a medical issue that is rapidly growing, forget about it, they won't give you an appointment till a month later. The fact that they are still operating is crazy.
