No Parking Validation there is no other alternative, If you have an appointment you will still have to wait 1 hour max. Parking is $7.00 Max.

I was there this morning as a walk-in appointment. I approached the reception and she advised me that I needed my doctor's referral printed and not in email form. I drove home to print the referral, came back 20 mins later, for the receptionist to tell me I was "too late" as they were no longer accepting walk-ins. The level of unprofessionalism in this office is ridiculous. It really took everything in me to remain calm and not stoop down to their level of unprofessionalism. Appointments are hard to come by and their call center is literally no help. Worst Quest I've been to.

Had to wait almost an hour despite having an appointment. Finally called my mom in and nurse stuck her twice and was unable to draw blood. I asked for another nurse, who helped us on our first visit to this facility and was told we all draw blood. I said yes, obviously some better than others. She was very rude.

So I guess they didn't want to see or HELP me...I made my appointment and waited. Got there and they sent me away to Labcorp even though my insurance was for Quest AND I have been to this Quest before..(?) Pick and choose, even their existing clients very sad

This is a one star because my appointment was at 1:00 o'clock I did not see them in tell 2:00

This facility needs to be SHUT DOWN! Poor customer service. They have you check in on an iPad. Tell me the wait time is 16 minutes, after waiting 30 minutes to be called in to tell me that they are no longer taking walk-in. 💩💩💩

Front nurse was extremely rude, argumentative and overall unhelpful. If you can go to a different location I'd suggest it. A month ago there was no wait, now there is an hr + wait regardless of appointment or walk in.

On 02/18/2021 at about 1pm I walked in the lobby and a lady by the name of TONISHA DANI instructed EVERYONE walking in that they'd be a 2 hour or more wait and that there was no waiting in the lobby due to covid-19. There was TWO people waiting in lobby.Everyone else left and I proceeded to log in to the ipad, she requested to see my insurance card and identification. I told her I'd been there 3 times and once I logged in they had all my info from their system but she asked I walk all the way back to my car and get it. I'M IN A CAST and she was fully aware of that, I pointed that out again and she STILL insisted I go get it.Once I came back with my cards another employee helped me, said she DID NOT need my stuff and that they had it in the system from my login.I was tired and attempted to sit down and TONISHA again came out to tell me I had to wait in the hallway until they called me. I said "there's 2 people here" and TONISHA said "they have appointments".I waited in the hallway for the TWO people with appointments to leave and I proceeded to walk in the empty lobby to sit down. TONISHA came out to tell me once again to instruct me to wait in the hallway until called. I asked "how many people are allowed in the lobby? She replied "5" so I sat down and reminded her AGAIN that im in a cast and the lobby was EMPTY. TONISHA proceeded to throw my lab order out her window and said they were NOT gonna service me and they were calling the police. I had asked TONISHA for her name and she refused to give it to me. Another employee came to the window and gave me a card with TONISHA DANI'S name written on it and said I could call the number on the card to complain. I called the number and it was a recording I could not leave a voicemail at. I was irate at this point and wanted to speak to SOMEONE above her with no avail. I SAT DOWN IN THE LOBBY to wait for the cops and go to quest.com to attempt to make a complaint. 5 police officers showed up, I asked if it was a "crime to scream?", they said " no but it is a disturbance". I said " are you gonna charge me with that?", he said "no" so I told him "my leg is tired, im gonna sit here and find another quest nearby and im gonna go there and then leave". The cops said "no problem" so I did exactly that.DO NOT ADVERTISE walk ins accepted if TONISHA will shoo them away and ABIDE by your covid19 waiting room policies. PERIOD!!

VERY BAD SERVICE

I scheduled my mom's appointment via the website. Once we arrived and signed in, we waited no longer than 7-10 minutes to be seen. The staff was very efficient and polite. They took extra care with my 98 year old mom. This is the only lab I'll be using.
