Dr.Ann is amazing and the staff has been sweet.This is my second pregnancy going there .There are moment of waiting but that just happens sometimes . Overall I’ve been happy and wellTaken care of .

The most unprofessional unattentive medical office I've ever visited. No one and I repeat no one there does their job. My girlfriend has been going there for the whole duration of our pregnancy and these people never have anything done. we've had many ultrasounds taken and did not get pictures because they didn't have paper. We have to pay for parking every time we visit and it's an hour and a half wait just to be seen plus the time for the visit. Covid-19 is no excuse to why they cannot do their job properly. This office needs to be closed immediately. I am currently at the hospital now with my girlfriend waiting to have our son and we have to wait for the office to open up because they did not fax none of the paperwork please explain to me how you messed that up when it's your job?

My wife goes to this clinic for her care needs and its a great location biggest flaw is that you have to pay for parking and they don't validate no parking either during these hard times of covid it's hard for patients to worry on paying for parking especially if you have to come multiple times.. please address this situation or maybe move location that provides validation/free parking. Prepare to come with $6 dollars (max cost per visit cash only) and if parking in street follow signs cause it's permit parking in the area and Inglewoods parking enforcement is no joke they will get you before you know it.

I wouldn't even give one star , This place is the worst !!!I'm 8 months pregnant, These ppl are rude , they don't keep up with appointments I had to constantly remind them about my prenatal care and it was never taken care of. I paid out of pocket this whole time for own prenatal pills , They say only one person is allowed in the room with the doctor but on more than occasion they let whole families go back there together because they are Latino but would Not let a black family go altogether (my opinion because everyone who works in there is mainly Mexican) . Do not waist your time , please go somewhere else so you can truly get the care you need .
