I have been attempting to schedule an appointment with a Urologist for a week at west coast urology and it seems IMPOSSIBLE! its hard enough to make my call to see a doctor alone! But i called and the lady was very nice and pleasant to talk to but she takes all my information and then tells me someone else must call me back to make an appointment! That is just not how making a doctor appointment works! I mean giving all my information should get me an appointment as a new patient right away, but not wedt coast urology! 3 days later a get an unmarked call from (562) seal beach? I receive Too many "scam" calls so my phone thinks it's another "scam call" , so I don't answe. they leave a message that it's "west coast urology". I call back and they have me wait about 5 minutes to check the schedule! after they check the schedule they day they need to callMe back again! I tell the schedule lady who is very nice and pleasant to speak with "why is it so hard to make a single appointment? She apologizes but I tell her it's not her personalLu that needs to apologize it's the procedures of your organization that needs to change because I believe the appointment setting process is not successful at all In fact they will loose new patients if they continue to schedule appointments in this awkward lengthy manner of physician appointment scheduling for new patients!
