worst clinic ever they make you wait hours I had an appointment scheduled at 9:30 didn't get seen until 11:20 the workers are so lazy and take their sweet time worst clinic ever

Waited two hours for a birth control refill and they forgot to send it to my pharmacy went again to let them know they forgot and had to wait another 2 hours, I go to the pharmacy and they forgot to send the prescription again. This not only happened once but twice. Won’t be returning

I received 2 text messages about my appointment for today. I even called the clinic yesterday and asked if my insurance was accepted because I was told I could not come back with the type of insurance I have. The lady said she spoke with her manager and everything was fine. Bring my insurance card and ID. I said okay. The next day(today) I come to my appointment and am told I cannot receive care. I drove from Carson to Inglewood due to the incompetence of front desk staff. Very upsetting! I am sure your automated system will still asked to rate my visit even though I have not received care here today. Fix it!

There's only 1 medical assistant I like here who ACTUALLY cares. The rest of them act like their shit don't stink. Even if you're high risk, you won't see the doctor. Maybe 2x out of your pregnancy but out of the entire 9 months? RIDICULOUS. My baby's life is in their hands and they seem to not care. I wish I could switch OB's but unfortunately I'm stuck here. Don't come here, not worth it at ALL!!!

Just called for my friend regarding pain in the area , I made the appointment for her after I called again to confirm the lady on the phone was being very rude and trying to have a smart mouth. she got the right one .

My advice is to never come here. The doctor's energy is extremely off putting, she did not care about my baby at all & I could tell. The lady at the front desk & lab technician were very sweet but unfortunately I would never come here again. The doctor Candy has bad energy & lacks personality.

I wish I saw reviews before coming to this place. My OB sent me to this place and never bothered to check because it was just an ultrasound. I was so excited to see my baby and the Technician was EXTREMELY RUDE and ruined my experience, didn’t show me much of the baby, didn’t even let me take a photo of the screen even tho I pay Out of pocket. Oh and you are not going to be able to see anything while the tech is doing the ultrasound because they don’t have an extra screen. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A NICE MEMORY DURING YOUR ULTRASOUND.

This place was HORRIBLE. The staff was okay but the ultrasound tech ruined my whole experience to see my baby. Didn't show me much, didn't let me record the screen even tho I pay out of pocket. And the worst part she was extremely RUDE.

Anatomy scan was terrible! The lady didnt evn say wat we were there for or anything she was doing beides taking measurements. Like wtf are u taking measurements of lady. Thn only can turn the fuzzy ass screen at the end for literally one minute n couldn't mke out anything she was showing, not only that, this is the appointment were they tell you wat gender your having and she said she wasnt even sure like wtf, bsides getting the info for the doctor, a complete waste of time!
