The last 4 times came in with an appointment and only once was semi on time. One day sat for almost 2 hours The next time one hour and then next time 45. They need to do a better job at scheduling appointments. They should also tell you they are running behind so the person driving has an idea to stay or come back. Getting hot sitting and waiting since only patient allowed in.

The staff and Doctors are amazing The front desk staff accommodated my kids with snacks and coloring books while I was being seen by my Doctor. Dr. Harrer is amazing. He is very thorough and explains everything in a very compassionate manner.

The staff was always so friendly.I was dealing with some skin cancer due to HIV status and they were all very supportive.Including the times I had to go do infusions.... The nurses were positive about recovery.Im. Going to miss all of them.My doctor was right on point all the time. Very aggressive in looking and finding problemdGreat gentlemen... Great doctor... I know with my illness Im going to be needing a cancer doctor and unfortunately I wont be here for him to treat me.Hes very thorough.He made me feel safeI rate the entire office a ten for sure and wish there was something in upstate network where Ill be corning my Steuben countyPlease open an office or refer me to a good doctor up thereThankyou for your support and great care
