I was able to get an appointment the same week I called in and when I arrived I was seen right on time and the staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Coyer didn't rush my appointment. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and I left with a satisfying follow-up plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Coyer and his staff.
I had to share the wonderful consultation/visit I had with Dr. Coyer. As a Senior in my 60's with many chronic conditions, sometimes I feel as if getting used to dealing with more restrictions is what I have to accept. Dr. Coyer patiently addressed each one of my issues with an easy to follow solutions. I am looking forward to enjoying long walks with my dog again. He has given me a new lease on life. Thank you so much,
Dr. Coyer listened to my complaint of heel pain and said he had the same issue! I appreciate his conservative approach to resolving my tendinitis with stretching,, ice, elevation and a change to a less flexible walking shoe!
Great explanation and attention to MY concerns. Nice to feel that the doctor is concerned with me!
I met with Dr. Coyer yesterday with some pain in my foot that I thought was either a stress fracture or tendonitis. It ended up being mid-foot arthritis (blow to the ego, thank you years of sports!), and I was really impressed with three things regard Dr. Coyer. #1 - Knowledge and bedside manner Dr. Coyer was very thorough, very knowledgable and patient in explaining what he was doing to diagnose my issue. He answered every question I had and then some, and had some great bedside manner. I could tell that he became a physician because he wanted to help people; you could just feel it during the conversation. I also appreciated the fact that he is an athlete, as the goal for me is to get back to activity rather than just feel better. #2 Timely My wait in the office was short, and although I needed x-rays, I waited only about 5 mins from the time I finished my x-rays until the time he came in to tell me I was, well.....gettin' old... heh. He was prompt and respectful of my time, which was great. #3 Action Plan Dr. Coyer clearly walked through the diagnosis and presented an action plan that was reasonable and practical. He wasn't trying to sell something like many physicians do, but was trying to get a cost-effective solution that would get me back on the road to recovery. I feel like it was a patient-first action plan which I liked. #4 Post-Visit As I was leaving, he said to call him or email if I need help choosing shoes, or had any follow up questions, and that I didn't need to come back in to do that. That type of follow up just isn't something that happens anymore so I was really happy about that. Overall, my visit with Dr. Coyer was a great experience. I am confident about the accuracy of the diagnosis and enthusiastic about my road to recovery. I would recommend you definitely give him a visit if you encounter some foot problems.
Dr. Coyer is a highly trained foot and ankle surgeon and OCPodiatry is lucky to have him.

Dr. Coyer was wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. He took the time to answer all of my questions and it was easy to see that he was genuinely concerned about my ankle problem. I highly recommend him.
Dr Coyer operated on my Achilles tendon a couple of years ago. The surgery went perfectly. Today I Am totally recovered. Great doctor who listens to his patients needs.
I had a broken pinky toe that was taking some time to heal. My primary referred me to Dr. Coyer. He is so nice! His bedside manner, one of the best. I’m a nurse. I would know. 😏 The experience at the office was so great, I’m writing the review in the parking lot!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
