List of Albert Saisho, Md's Reviews
Great doctor! My husband and I are so fortunate to have Dr. Saisho as our primary care physician. He has great credentials. He listens and cares about us. I'm sure he is that way with all his patients. He is thorough and does not rush you. The office staff is great. They return calls promptly and are very pleasant. Dr. Saisho is reachable at all times. I highly recommend Dr. Saisho.
Impoliteness, Sally is an unprofessional receptionist dealing with patients rudely. I know the front door face has reflected the rest of the team, but, deplorable that Dr. Albert was recommended to me based on his vast experience, but no one said about the racism that appears from his crew. Not sure if Dr. Albert cares about his business by keeping the rude receptionist dealing with his patients. She clearly said, I don't have time to deal with your case, and the Dr has no time to see you. I will not recommend this place and will report this issue and elevate her attitude to the highest medical board level as she created psychological stress.
Deplorable, appalling front desk. Your front door office is what interfaces with clients unfortunately, some employees are simply not up to the mark and treat patients like cattle. It is unfortunate to experience a highly recommended Dr only to fall short because of his office staff. Part of health care is caring for patients and it starts with how you are treated at the door. I will not recommend this office and Dr. Thank you
Excellent Dr. with good patient communication and diagnostic skills. Another strong point is his supporting administrative team. They are easily to contact, well organized and prompt with regards to communication of referrals, records and information sent to specialists and the insurance company.
Dr Saisho is a good guy but we've had several billing/referral problems there. Erroneously they entered I had Blue Cross insurance and sent that info to Quest for routine lab work. Quest payment got all screwed up that took months from ME to solve. Saisho's office said they 'couldn't' change this wrong info in their system after repeated requests. Another time he referred me to Hoag hospital for a preventative procedure that my insurance would normally have covered 100%. Since it was done at a hospital, I was stuck with $1500 in 'facility charges' that my insurance didn't cover. My insurance didn't know why he sent me to a hospital for the procedure. Not sure his office has our best interests in mind.
I think they seriously need a card machine. What dr's office only takes cash for copay??
I have been extremely happy with my experience with Dr. Saisho thus far. His staff is very pleasant & he is a very patient doctor. I came to him with a chronic issue & he has been very thorough & patient with me. My favorite part, though, is his office has actually called back with results when they said they will!
Dr. Saisho has been my primary doctor for the last 5 years of my life and I plan to have him as my primary care physician for the rest of my life. Dr. Saisho is an amazing doctor who listens. He gives a lot of thought to his decisions and I trust his judgment. I would always recommend Dr. Saisho to those care about. Dr. Saisho a great choice and if you are looking for a caring doctor he is the one.
Extremely knowledgeable. Takes the time to listen to his patients. If he has to refer you to a specialist, that person is also very skilled and knowledgeable.
Received a random bill labeled sixty days past due months after my last appointment. The charge didn't match any of the expenses which is actually completely bizarre but there's no point arguing over a couple dollars. But now I have to worry about whether or not my credit score was impacted. Not impressed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
