This is for the front desk for their lack of professionalism. Find a doctor that has time to answer your calls as opposed putting you on hold for half an hour then hang up

We absolutely love Dr. Monga. She has been our kids doctor since our 2nd born and continues to be our doctor. She is very thorough, understanding and stops to listen! We absolutely love her and Sithan has been there ever since and love her also!!

Im unhappy with the appointment and billing staff. They failed to disclose potential charges and sent me surprise bills. I asked them to correct the bills and they refused.

This was my first visit to Dr Anjali Monga. It took me three weeks to get the appointment but I know now why. She is an extremely compassionate doctor who takes the time to explain the results and ask questions out to genuine concern. She is no rush and for crazy mom's like me who was on a conference call during my kids appointment, she didn't seems irritated or frazzled. She is an extremely patient doctor and I would highly recommend her for any parents looking for a pediatrician. I am surprised to see only 14 yelp reviews.

Waiting is horrible. The Front office team is not much cooperative. Dr Monga always in a hurry to see the next patient due to high volume.

Even after an year nothing has changed. Doctors are amazing but the office staff is behaving same way a complete lack of interest in patients. Unless you follow up many times nothing happens. Prescriptions wont be sent to pharmacies nobody will reply to pharmacy requests we have to follow up always to make sure things are getting done. So pathetic
