This doctor's office is unprofessional and all they cared about is $$$. Stay away from this office and it will save you a lot of time and trouble. We've seen a couple pediatricians for my kid and this is the worst we could even imagine.

I had to take off work and take my daughter from school to take her to Dr. Sharma , she made us wait 1 hr and the clinic was empty, she wasted my time and didn’t help us at all, unprofessional avoid her at all costs

Terrible experience in dealing with the offices of Annu G Sharma MD. This Doctor's office is poorly run and in reality a complete embarrassment. They are short staffed and not able to take your call, they close at 1pm? They will put you on hold for 10 minutes before they can assist you, how is this possible. I was not even able to finish the onboarding process because there was zero assistance from the staff who seem to be completely overwhelmed and unqualified to do this job.

The level of disrespect from this place is so unreal. 1st appointment with this Dr I walk is and their lobby is tiny and no flooring. They tell me that my appointment was cancelled by office staff but nobody notified me. Not a call text email or voicemail.They sent another girl out that couldn’t even give me an office manager name but said I can call and leave her a vm! When I asked her to explain why I can’t even get her name but can call her she said they don’t have an office manager just the Dr.

I had a terrible experience with this pediatric office. After they made me change my insurance medical group and wait for a month, they told me they couldn't accept me. They gave me an appointment for a month later, then canceled it three days before the scheduled date. This was extremely demoralizing, especially for my child. This was the worst doctor experience I've ever had. I strongly advise you to stay away from this office.

My husband and I met with Dr. Sharma when I was pregnant and she seemed too busy and a bit annoyed that we wanted to meet her and learn about her practice. When I had my son, she never came to the hospital. I had never met the doctor who was on call for her to perform my son’s circumcision and he was not friendly or warm, either. He came to get my son moments after I’d met him (I had a c—section and had been under general anesthesia) and seemed annoyed that I was overwhelmed (my room was full of doctors and nurses). When we had our first newborn appointment, my husband was not allowed to join me as it was late 2021. I was not able to breastfeed as my son refused to stay latched and I expressed my feelings of guilt, concern, and frustration. I was barely holding back tears through the appointment. She quite literally told me that if I “were on a desert island, [I’d] find a way” to make sure my son breastfed. I had postpartum depression and completely blamed myself. She certainly seemed to as well. (Found out at my son’s 1st dentist appointment that he has a significant tongue tie so I feel somewhat vindicated.) As soon as my son was 1 month and my insurance allowed me to, I left and got a new pediatrician. Wish I’d trusted my initial instincts of feeling unwelcome.

Since day one the office and the pediatrician Dr. Annu gave me a bad feeling but I kept my head up and kept ignoring their incompetence, rude attitude, ignorance, unprofessionalism until my daughter got sick and the doctor refused to take her because who knows what else more important than a sick child she had to do. This office is not looking to help you as a patient but to take your money! Stay away from this incompetent office if you do not want to end up at the ER!!!!

The office called me and asked if I had told mypharmacy to request refills for my son's inhaler. After replying yes to her she told me that we need to have a visit with the doctor first before saying yes to the refills. I agreed and asked if they can do a one time approval since my son is completely out of inhaler. She said I have to fill out a form that she will be sending me and never did. It's Friday, the office is closed and my son doesn't have his inhaler. Right on!
