Ario Angha's Online Review Report Card

This morning I went for an appointment. When I arrived with my daughter, the person that was working in the front desk didn't even ask anything, and annoyingly said "What can I do". I can't speak that well of english speaking wise, and it was clearly shown throughout the conversation I had with her, that she was annoyed. She shouted multiple times because I didn't understand. Yes, she could be frustrated but it was very unpleasant. We left and went to the medical care in costa mesa and it was much better as the people in front were the sweetest.

Quick, friendly and efficient staff

Front desk ladies behaved like angry moms who just had a terrible day and wanted to find any chance to blame somthing on me. But I don’t recall I have moms like them for sure. Dr. Baick was late for 20min for my 20min session with no explanations, so I guess this is kind of the norm for him. I felt my session was a bit rushed as well to squeeze time for the next patient. Just be aware of that if you choose him to be your PCP. Because besides all of this, your next appointment with him is usually available two months away, which could be an issue sometimes. At last, I’d like to say that the nurse I met was friendly and nice. But this could not flip my whole unpleasant experience today. I hope he enjoys working there.

My father cut his finger open and had a pretty deep laceration. We went to this urgent care as they were the only one still open on Sunday night after 5 PM. We checked in online and said it was a 2 hour wait. But, when we went in the front desk staff told us that they were severely understaffed. After assessing the situation, they sent a nurse to look at the cut and the doctor said that she would go ahead and see him before she went to her lunch. Quickly glued up his cut and sent him on his way! Tiffany and Dr. Nguyen were incredible!!

Very helpful, listened to my concerns. Caring, thorough, informative. I left more at ease. I felt they really cared about me and my well being. Everyone was helpful and very kind.

They were able to see me without an appointment and help with my issues.

All the staff were very courteous, humble and kind. All the two doctors and nurse were phenomenal. Thank you for all those employees that care and took the time to care and help me out including the receptionist too.

Dr. Angha was very knowledgeable and kind. He thoroughly listened to my concerns and was able to pin point my issue. His bedside manner and attitude was great and was genuinely concerned with providing the best care and most accurate diagnosis. I would definitely recommend him!

I feel they care more about making money than providing healthcare. If you want to be serious about your health I suggest you find a different medical group.Also you are unable to speak with anyone at the location. They always promise to call back but they rarely do until you remind them.
