AMAZING. THEE best dental office I’ve ever been too. Friendliness, promptness, no wait time, super professional. With dental offices, much like mechanics, you want to trust the person / people working on what you need. I live about 25 miles away and will never go anywhere else.

My son came to this location for treatment 8 months ago. His dental wire came loose due to an accident. We contacted the location and they advised they offered orthodontist treatment and that they could render services. The appt was booked, while at the appt they offered additional services which they said were needed. The appt ended with the dentist being unable to fix the wire, due to his non experience as a general dentist. He stated” if I was to fix it, your son's teeth may shift and you'll have to sign a waiver for this”. Mind you, this was all towards the end of the appt , when we questioned why his wire was not being fixed. After spending over an hour at the location, just to get imaging and teeth cleaning, we were charged over $300 dollars for services. They provided an outside referral to a local orthodontist, Dr. Robert Passamano with Passamano Orthodontics, who refused treatment. He requested that the patient send photos of his teeth before an appt can be made. The office was rude and unwilling to assist. I have never in all my life had such a request. It appears that both of the offices are not connected because a simple call and records being sent should have been enough. Today, I received a message to contact them for a follow- up appt, I called the office to advise of my concerns again, and was told that “Passamano Orthodontics” is the only referral they provide and that I would need to look for other providers for the treatment needed. Overall this dental office scammed us for services they knew they could not rinder. Also, while I was there, I witnessed elderly customers being treated unkindly by staff and being talked down to. Please, if you have an elderly parent that visits this location, come with them, be their advocate. My review is my review, others might have a different experience but this is my experience with this dental office, I would not recommend this office to any new customers seeking services. No comment from the dental office is needed. Respectfully

Really busy office, but there’s a reason for this. It’s because the dental care is top-notch. Every employee from x-rays, assistants, dentist are all working hard to make sure you are taken care of. Dr Kawamoto was also very professional and kind. I trust this office to go back again.

I recently moved to Irvine/Tustin and was looking for a dental office to establish care for me and my wife. I was impressed by the website and decided to call the office to book an appointment. Upon walking into the practice I liked how modern, clean and bright the space felt. The staff was very courteous and respectful. I was treated by Dr Kawamoto. She was very professional, kind, and charismatic. My wife also enjoyed her experience as well. I read the reviews, communication and transparency is key, it is important to ask questions and work with the front desk, billing and be aware of your insurance coverage benefits before any procedures. We are both scheduled for our next visit! :D

Friendly staff, short wait time. They are receptive to my requests and needs. They are also willing to accommodate pricing and scheduling for procedures. I have acquired a number of small caries over the years that were merely “watched”, and so Aspire dentist recommended to fill all before they worsen. I already had some filled this year, so they were able to find a slot for two that would still be covered this year. Out-of-pocket discounts also available. Be sure to select a PPO dentistry plan for optimal coverage!

Nice intro to Aspire Dental, Dr. Kamamoto and her team. Very professional, friendly and welcoming. As one with a small mouth who always fears bite-wing Xrays I was happily surprised at how gentle and quick Angel was. Dr. K was so thorough in her exam and clear on what my treatment plan would be.

I was there for an infected tooth and turned out I had two infected teeth. I didn’t know how much the damage would be and it turned out the cost was affordable. Now I’m waiting for healing to do implant.
