I come in, in a bad mood (super mature on my part lol) because I don’t like going to the dentist. But the staff is professional, kind, and caring. I leave smiling. I HIGHLY recommend Aspire - especially to cranky people who fear the dentist. No seriously, they are amazing and do amazing work.

I have been to Aspire Dental a few times and had such a great experience every time! From the moment I walked in, Doreen at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. She made the check-in process smooth and easy. Irene, the dental hygienist, did an amazing job -- she was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my cleaning. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I had a molar extracted by Dr. Kawamoto, and I was honestly nervous going in, but the procedure was quick and surprisingly painless. Dr. Kawamoto was professional, efficient, and reassuring the entire time. Her assistant, Sarah, was also wonderful -- very informative and helpful while assisting Dr. Kawamoto. She made sure I understood the aftercare instructions and answered all my questions. Overall, such a positive experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Staff is friendly and helpful and good at explaining. I do feel that the standard cost for orthodontics lacks some flexibility though. I've already had braces and invisible aligners twice (from other practices and providers) so I think my case would ideally be a little less expensive than the normal. But it sounds like Aspire has a fixed price for all ortho patients.

I went in for a basic dental cleaning and they spent more time selling me on additional services than actually cleaning my teeth. No flossing, no scraping, nothing other than x-rays and a quick inspection. I asked ahead of time if I would be charged for the x-rays and they said "no" - which turned out to be a lie as I received a bill a few weeks later. My insurance covered these services on my previous first visit and they confirmed this second visit a year later would be covered by my insurance as well. Now I have to fight them to avoid paying for services I didn't even receive. Someone once warned me that this place was the Wal-Mart of dental care and they were right. It's not even a legitimate business.
