Dr Willner has been my Dr since 2017. He is the BEST most AMAZING Dr around.  I had a mass in my parotid gland (which the large salivary glad in your cheek).  AND most of your facial nerves run through it. I meet with Dr Willner for a consult, he explained my options and the risks. I opted for surgery to remove the mass which was cancerous. He was able to dissect the mass from the gland without damaging any of my nerves. It has been 4 1/2 years and I am still cancer free. He has been doing my follow-ups since that surgery date.  He is the best in his field, he is knowledgeabl, compassionate and has quite a sense of humor. If you ask any Dr of medical personnel they will tell you the same thing. Everyone that asks me who did my surgery when I tell them Dr Willner their comment to me is ... you got the best!

Dr WIllner told me that I either had a very bad sinus infection or a tumor and I would need surgery. It seems like more tests should be run , to determine what it is before we start talking about surgery.

Dr. willner was kind and spoke with my son like he was a mature 10 yr old. I appreciate him allowing my son to aswer his own questions. The Doctor also took the time to explain in detail so he could understand.

I was assigned to Dr. Willner and saw hi 3 times but I never liked him. I usually like most people. I was born deaf and have always had to regularly see an ENT. I think he was more interested in doing plastic surgeries than actually checking my ears.

I called to get information about scheduling with Dr. Willner. Upon answering the phone the receptionist spoke so fast that I couldn't tell if I had called the right number. She then placed me on a long hold and when she returned to the phone she treated me like I was wasting her time. After I asked my question, I said "Thank you" and she just hung up with zero acknowledgment. After getting this type of treatment from the front office staff, I would not want to bring my child there. Too bad because Dr. Willner seems to be well liked in my community.

Waited 2 hours in waiting room and 30 minutes in exam room. Dr. Willner numbed my nose and throat, then looked for his scope for 10 minutes. Found it to be dirty, sent assistant 2 times to clean scope. I wasn’t numb after all the scope cleaning but Dr. Willner scoped me anyway even though I was screaming that it was hurting me. Yanked the scope out and said nonchalantly that it was one of 2 kinds of cancer then wouldn’t answer my questions without rolling his eyes. Zero-negative bedside manner.

I presented with vertigo, dizziness, and loss of equilibrium. I also asked him to look at my chronically swollen larynx for cancer. Instead, he gave me no explanation for my dizziness, DID NO OFFICE TESTS OR EXAMS FOR THE DIZZINESS AND IMBALANCE, and instead referred me to an UNAMED "BALANCE CLINIC." AS FOR MY LARYNX, HE NEVER MENTIONED WHETHER IT DID OR DID NOT SHOW CANCER, DIDN'T TAKE A VIDEO OF THE SCOPE AS THEY DO AT CEDARS. He gave me no suggestions for my larynx. HE DID NOTHING!!!
