Never had an issue w/ scheduling, so 5 starts on that. Great front desk staff, always feel welcomed. Also, a great place for routine cleaning, 5 starts. However, I don't understand the endless 5-star reviews... not everyone only does cleaning, right? I had one filling done @ Barranca Dental Excellence, which resulted in the toothache I had never had before. The original plan was to re-do a few of my current fillings, but after the experience with the first one, I got very hesitant to proceed. 2 years later, the only filling that needs to be re-done is theirs. So... no confidence unfortunately in the quality of service.

I recommend Dr.Neda Khodai to anyone. She pays attention to the all details, she is very friendly like other her staff.

Where do I even start? Before finding this gem of a dentist, I had one of the worst dental experiences of my life at another office in Newport Beach. After having so many issues with his work, I decided to see what others had said and realized he had multiple complaints and was placed on a 3-year probation by the Dental Board in 2024. When I went back to him to show the crown (which already had a hole in it), he raised his voice at me, got uncomfortably close to my face, and I felt unsafe during the interaction so had to leave. By the time I came to Dr. Khodai, my crown (which was fairly new) already had a hole in it! She made me a brand new crown that actually fit and restored my tooth properly. Yes, I had to pay the fees all over again, but for the first time, I felt the work was done right. Not to mention, her practice is exceptionally clean, something I was not used to with my last experience at his office. Dr. Khodai is detail-oriented, clean, and truly professional, everything my last experience was not! I'm just grateful to finally have a trustworthy honest dentist who takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients. God bless her and her practice.

So grateful to have found Dr. Khodai! I went to her for a second opinion. I had been having pain and discomfort for 6 months with my crown. Prior dentist just brushed me off. Dr. Khodai is extremely knowledgeable and gave me a plan of action to fix my issue. I had to have a few procedures done and each time I came in, she and her staff took great care of me. Her staff is amazing! They answered all my questions regarding payments and procedures. I am now pain free thanks to this wonderful office.
