My nurses (Diana and other nurses at the front desk and in a procedure room) were fantastic throughout the whole process. They were very friendly and professional, so everything went smoothly and efficiently. (Thank you!) Dr. Yu was also very nice and checked in on me before&after the procedure.But the anesthesiologist Dr. Lee made the anesthesia injection quite painful, and he didn’t even tell me when he administered the injection. The pain on that injection spot lasted long even after the procedure.

I had a right. & left cataract surgery done here. July 8th,2021( right eye)The receptionist were Not friendly! The Admit nurse Carol was Rude & not compassionate at all & hurt me I give both anesthesiologists a 4! ( I was in pain & discomfort during both procedures.8/12 I give Nurse Summer a 10+. She went out of her. Way to make me comfortable. I willl Never go back there. Overall a 4.

My dad was scheduled for his cataract surgery at 12:00. They told us that operation will take around 10 minutes but the whole process takes about 1:30 to 2:00 hours. We where there at 12 and they had my dad ready for surgery on the bed waiting for 4 hours with no explanation. My dad gave me a call after 4 hours to tell me that they still have not started the surgery yet. When I called the office, to find out what is going on. After calling so many times a lady answered the phone and told me this is not her fault and hung up the phone. My dad told me later on that after complaining to the nurses and asking them to reschedule they started the operation which really took 10 minutes. I am surprised that our doctor referred us to this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere els

My nurses were absolute angels. Every single encounter put me at ease, pre and post op. I was thoroughly impressed with the staffs flow of communication and the quality care I received. Keep up the good TLC!

Not good

No guest WiFiCellular WiFi is blocked They do not have a guest WiFi. They require you to arrive an hour early yet have no WiFi accommodation.

Service is terrable due to the pickup back place the door has been locked in the outside temperature over 90F, @25 August 2020...

Amazing place excellent costumer service outstanding doctors, nurses, and medical assistance they have done a great job for me thanks to all of them.

I recently had my colonoscopy at this facility I have to say this was a very easy process I registered online so check in was very quick the staff is very friendly and helpful my nurse Michelle was super sweet the other 2 nurses who assisted her were very sweet & kind as well they made me feel very at ease with the entire process. My anesthesiologist Sandy was very nice as he administered the needle to my arm it was as if I never felt it very gentle & quick he was so thoughtful to check on me after I was in recovery waking up. The staff is top-notch here very clean when you have to have these screenings it can be stressful they put my mind at ease and my entire process was very quick & easy, one of the staff members was even a joking with me a funny little man. If you need to go to this facility rest assured your experience will be at ease and quick.Thank you to all the staff at "Barranca Surgery Center" for making my visit there during my exam a pleasurable experience.
