I can not speak highly enough about this amazing company..... The representatives contact you, answer your questions, follow you though the procedure, ensure that you arrive back at home and then CONTINUE to follow up!!!! The service, attitude and compassion I was shown was unbelievable. I felt completely safe traveling across the border. The gentleman that shuttled me, walked me into the hospital and ensured that I was taken care of before leaving. He was the same gentleman that saw me out of the hospital and back into the USA. The surgeon and his surgical team visited several times while I was in the hospital. They communicated perfectly - in English - what to expect. The nursing staff took great care of me and MY GUEST.... - not going to happen in the good 'ole USA. They suggested walking around outside if we were up to it and dining at a great outdoor eatery for my guest. The food they provided and the cleanliness of the hospital was exceptional. The atmosphere was more hotel/spa that hospital. Every need that I had was met and every question that I had was answered. Great EXPERIENCE in Juarez First I would like to thank Jamie for answering all my phone calls, text, and emails. I was nervous about going to Mexico and having surgery done but she answered all my questions no matter how ridiculous. A matter a fact I spoke to several other companies and went to several consultations before having surgery and asked the same questions. I ended up choosing beLiteWeight not just because of the price but Jamie was the only person I spoke to that I felt I could get a real answer from. About the process: WOW!!! I was shocked how friendly everyone was at the hospital. I speak NO SPANISH so there was a couple times i had to use a translating app. But that was at check in and with my rooms cleaning service. All my nurses and Dr spoke English well. In the end I was most thankful I had surgery there because the hospital staff were so caring!!! Way better service then our local hospitals. When I felt any pain they actually cared and did everything they could to help me feel better. When I pushed the help button next to my bed a nurse was almost immediately in my room. My nurses were Julian, Enriquez, and Maria -fer. I wish I could go back and thank them personally for being so KIND and caring! Lastly, the Dr.s including the anesthesiologist were all very kind. Before surgery I spoke to 2 Dr's on seperate occasions letting me know what to expect and answering all my questions. Then after surgery the same 2 Dr's came by my room on separate occasions to check on me and answer more questions. All in All a GREAT experience! They exceeded ALL my expectations!!!!

I have no problem with beliteweight. They are a very professional company in getting you there and back, and they use good doctors and facilities. But PLEASE think about the risks! If something goes wrong when you come back to the US, you are ON YOUR OWN! Your own doctor will not see you, a new doctor will not take on your case, and urgent care centers will not see you. You health insurance will not pay a DIME and may even cancel your coverage. Your only option will be an ER and you will spend thousands more than you saved.
