Dr. Jan is a great doctor. Appointments always started promptly and I never felt rushed or had issues getting referrals or messaged back. However, Dr. Jan has been on leave for majority of 2025 (with an estimated return date of end of November 2025) and I would love to continue to have her be my PCP for the following year but I don't want to keep things the same for my open enrollment if she is not coming back.

Dr. Bonnie Jan was amazing in the beginning—warm, attentive, and thorough. I genuinely felt hopeful under her care. But over time, that shifted. My care began to decline, communication became inconsistent, and essential follow-ups were missed. When I raised concerns about treatment delays and prescription access, I was ultimately told to find another physician instead of receiving support or resolution. That kind of dismissal was unexpected and disheartening, especially after such a strong start. I've since filed formal complaints to ensure accountability. I hope this feedback leads to reflection and improvement, because patients deserve consistency—not convenience-based care.

I have been seen Dr Jan for some time she gives great service, she listens and answers my questions completely she explains things very well concerning health and before I leave she makes sure I have understood the visit and all my questions have been answered,thank you for all your service Dr. Jan I appreciate it very much .

Dr. Jan is the best primary care physician I've seen. She listens, asks the right follow up questions, has great bedside manner, and is a brilliant clinician. After living with a medical mystery for 14 years, I finally have a proper diagnosis and treatment thanks to Dr. Jan. She gets booked quickly, so you need to schedule appointments well in advance.
