I'm new to the Dr scene, and obviously cancer. All I can say that I was super happy my urologist recommended KSK Cancer Center as one of his recommendations. The WHOLE staff are incredible, this center definitely hires these technicians and everyone that are at the top, both Dr's are the nicest people I'm sure in this industry! They make these treatments very easy to go through! Don't be afraid, I wasn't!!

From the front desk to the radiation techs, this place is the place to be when diagnosed with prostrate cancer. Dr. Tokita, Dr. Negusse are excellent with keeping you informed about your treatment and progress. Joe, Josephine, Janet and Anthony made the treatments seem as if you were visiting with friends. Cancer sucks but if you get that dreaded diagnoses this is the place you want to be. Also thanks to Becky and Pauline for always keeping things scheduled and coordinating the entire process.

Treated and cured for prostate cancer in 2021. Dr. Tokita and staff are world class. Every step of my treatment was thoroughly explained. Never felt rushed or processed as just another patient.I was treated by eveyone as their most important patient. It was the most amazingly positive experience I've ever had in the medical profession.

I was dx with prostate cancer and needed treatment Stat. I was sent to KSK cancer center of Irvine, and they were very helpful since day one. They made sure i was comfortable at all times. The team I had, Becky, Pauline, Joe, Josephine, Janet, Dr. Negusse and Dr. Tokita are the best! I spent 33 days with them and it felt like I was visiting friends every day, not going to a doctor's office. They really help with the mental side and not just the physical. I don't recommend getting cancer but if you do, they're the people to see.

I cannot recommend the KSK Cancer Center of Irvine highly enough. In addition to being extremely experienced, Dr. Ken Tokita is the kindest, gentlest human being you could ever hope to meet. Dr. Selam Negusse is also a superb doctor with a marvelous 'bedside manner'. Josephine and Joben gave me all 20 radiation treatments. They were friendly, informative, pleasant and sweet. Pauline and Becky at the front desk are also super. Finally, I greatly appreciated that my appointments were always on time.

The staff here was SO amazing! I was having a LOT of questions regarding insurance and they were really patient with me and helped me understand my options. I was also provided water upon arrival which was so welcoming. Mary K made me feel comfortable while getting my CT scan and so sweet. Clean facility and easy to get to. Big shout out to Becky, Pauline, Stephanie, Mary K and Mei! If I ever need any imaging again I will for sure be coming back.

I wasn't feeling good when I arrived for my appt, but I was treated with first class service. When it was time for my PET scan, I felt like a different person. The office staff is great, they made sure I was very comfortable while I was there.

This review is long overdue for my husband's consultation and treatment in 2014. Dr. Kenneth Tokita is the best doctor we have ever known to date. We wish that all doctors were at least half as good as he is. For our first consultation we were elated to finally meet a doctor who could speak intelligently after reviewing all the documents and information forwarded to his office prior to our appointment. Doctor Tokita was punctual and very professional. He rendered a medical opinion that went beyond the usual run around that we heard from other doctors when dealing with a not so pleasant situation. Instead of sending us home with stack of publications to read before making a decision, he clearly drew a "map" of the problem area and stated what his treatment can and cannot do, and what would be the best other option to consider, and what to look for in the future. We felt very fortunate to have come upon his practice. He spoke to us as if he was addressing a member of his own family. Even though the daily 8 to 9 week regiment involved at least 30 minutes of travel (each way) we picked him because he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. We happen to call his office after hours we were surprised to hear the recording provide his personal home phone number for emergencies. Very honorable doctor. His facility is very clean and pleasant. The staff at his practice, KSK Cancer Center of Irvine, are cordial and accommodating. There were no issues with billing. Parking is FREE and very convenient. The average wait time is five minutes. As far as the results, four years cancer free!!! Note: This same review is also posted for Dr. Kenneth Tokita.
