I usually don't expect to enjoy a trip to the dentist, but Canyon Dentistry really surprised me. Dr. Chen and Che' Shayne made the fillings quick and easy, and their calm energy helped me feel super at ease. Rose did my cleaning and was incredibly kind and thorough, and Tracy at the front desk is just so warm and welcoming every time I come in. Everyone there makes you feel genuinely cared for, and I'm honestly grateful to have found an office like this to the point I logged in to leave this review (I don't yelp usually)

Came to Dr. Chen's office not sure what to expect because a dentist visit is never fun. Very efficient office! Everything was explained thoroughly including pricing and Megan and Tracy were so friendly and wonderful! Highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Chen is a gifted dentist. Front desk staff, however, can take a condescending tone during interactions. Sometimes it almost feels like they are trying to intimidate you. They are likely able to get away with it because Dr. Chen is in high demand. Wouldn't hurt to be a little kinder. But otherwise, you will receive high quality dental work here.

Dr. Chen & staff are absolutely amazing. I started coming here in Jan 2024 after years of avoiding the dentist due to Dental Anxiety and they have been nothing short of amazing. Dr Chen is kind, gentle and patient. Megan & Tracy at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I will butcher the spelling of the names of my Dental Hygienist & Dr Chen's assistant but they are also amazing. My teeth have gone through a dramatic transformation, from cleaning to restoring! Thank you Dr. Chen!

Dr. Chen is great! My cavity filling was virtually painless and a very smooth/quick experience. Everyone in the office is always very friendly and welcoming as well.

Not usually a fan of the dentist, but I love this place! Dr.Chen is always very thorough and willing to go the extra mile. I love that he is a perfectionist! The administrative staff is also so kind and helpful. definitely recommend!

We love Dr. Chen and his staff. Highly recommend! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. When my son came here for the first time, Tracy walked him through everything as a first time patient to make him feel comfortable. Dr. Chen is kind, funny and has good bedside manners. He takes the time to explain what is going on with your teeth and how he plans to proceed. Very impressed!

This dental office at Canyon Dentistry is by the far the best office my family and myself have experienced. Every time I schedule an appointment, especially when I'm having dental pain they go above and beyond to work with me. They added me to a waitlist and was able to be seen an entire month earlier from my original appointment. Will forever be grateful for the front desk. Dr. Chen and his dental assistant were top class and are the best at what they do. He takes the time to explain any diagnosis and comes up with the best dental plan for you as an individual. Have come with terrible pain and have been taken care of and walked out with 100% relief every time. It's rare to get exceptional service and skill to match when going to dental offices, but it doesn't get better than Canyon Dentistry.

Went back in today for a cleaning and received an apology for the last time from the same person I felt a little undone by the last time around - which is important and received great service. Thank you- that's all i can ask for as a long time patient.
