Sooo much better than Concentra for pre employment physicals. Wanna spend 4 hours at a workman’s comp clinic? Not here. In and out less than a hour
Deanna Hoffman is trash that talks about patients online, this is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional and disgusting in the healthcare community. Checkout her TikTok and reels... totally lacks class and morals
Love Carbon Health in Mill Creek, WA. Since they opened near us they have been a life saver. The urgent care places we had to go to before always had at least an hour wait. Love with Carbon that we can make an appointment or walk in and it’s not a long wait ever. Always the same staff and they are so nice and patient. It’s nice to know we have a place to go with our kids instead of waiting weeks to get in with their pediatrician for an urgent concern.
Went to the Carbon Health urgent care in Marlton, NJ. Was a walk in but short wait time. Staff was friendly and competent. A special thanks to Physician's Assist R. Patel. He's outstanding, knows what he is doing. Smart, knowledgeable, helpful. He listened, assessed, and treated. 5 stars.
Don't live in a state with a physical location. got my covid tests done through work (covered by them) I go through the same doctors I've been going through for years. two weeks ago I go to a urgent care, wasn't named Carbon Health jajaja... I get a charge of $9 and some change from Carbon Health. Who tf are you??? and why are you charging my account without prior authorization??? never recieved mail, emails, or phone calls from you guys. So again who are you and what gives you any right to charge my card. disputing with the bank and blocking yall. If you need money call me! bye mfs
I received a bill 20 months after my visit to Carbon Health. The amount stated I owed (with exception of $40) had been written off by contract with my insurance. I have called multiple times, no answer and have emailed 4 times and no response. I am ready to pay $40 when the remaining $162.00 is adjusted as I don’t owe it. I have my insurance EOB that shows the contracted amount written off. What lousy bookkeeping and customer service this company has. Will never go back there.
I visited clinic in San Jose, CA, doctor as a support for Ukrainian and a small amount due proposed not to charge me. Now they pushing me to pay despite doctor’s position.
I recently visited Carbon Health in my neighborhood. I was SO impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the courtesy, and professionalism of the staff. Carbon Health is a healthcare gem in Philadelphia. ❤
From reception to the PA that helped me, total pros 💯
This was the best Healthcare experience I have ever had. They were fast, courteous and kind and got me treated and done within 45 minutes. The facility is beautiful and comfortable. I waited longer for my ride at the end than I did to be seen. Thank you Carbon Health!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
