Carlos Sobral's Online Review Report Card

Made an appointment here after I came down here to convalesce after being released from a hospital up north. This practice said they take MediCal. Went there for the appointment to have a check up and get referrals to a couple specialist to move forward with recovery. When we were checking in for the appointment they said they won't bill MediCal because they never get paid by the state but I could pay cash for the appointment. Okay so I paid cash we were there for the appointment after all (would have been nice for them to say from the beginning that they don't take MediCal though). Dr. Carlos did not do much during the check up just poked around and made copies of my medical records and scolded me. When the appointment was over and I was checking out, I was told they couldn't refer me to any specialist because I paid CASH. THAT'S THE WHOLE REASON I WENT THERE! I haven’t meet with the doctor yet but the call center is the worst I have ever experienced. There is no communication between the call center and his office in Irvine.Ps. You have to go through the call center. Today when I stopped by the office and when I asked for their direct phone number they gave me a number where I can only text to? Lol

Dr. Sobral is great but when he gives instruction to his staff....they make decisions on whether to follow thru on referrels...I have major depression issues and his office manager refuses to help with the referel to a therepist recommended by the Doctor. I didnt go here to have trouble with Gaby. So I am now working to get approval myself.

The Doctor is great his staff is awful

He is the best Dr. I have seen in the U.S.A.He cares about his patients a lot. Spends a lot of time for everyone accurately. I am very happy to have such a nice provider.

I was attacked by attackers before as injured resulted body's damaged condition while explained my own body condition reported before as can't work due to this related physical body report on my report while one of the attackers as didn't respond back bleedes my choked neck insistedly punched me as raised arm over me insistedly pressured on my neck as bleeded fell on floor while on report was seen as may cause breathing difficulties while my family's financials caused business problems made me wait works before outside as to pay my expenses also as my family's own of their pressured picky financial uncommonly disputed problems loud of their financial fights also caused unorganized my interefered bothered financial privacies as couldn't my payments also effected my financial credits as disputed with financial contacts informed notified explained detailed my own searched reviewed financial contacts while requires to be paid caused financial problems as can't pay sufficient as i wanted by detailed explained financial statements by the calls as couldn't solve financials besides teeth bleeeded dtopped off crown tooth remains by attacks , damaged body tissue nerves maybe effective as feels bothering while can't sleep comfortably by breathing dofficulties due to attackers injuries on my body parts , bleeded feet before , brokwn glasses besides more caused financial problems done by surrounded some people as caused this problematic financials required results wanted notidy if maybe kept to save on official explained reports already besides other side proofs if needed by any later as IRS or any others to provide by my proofs with cops together before reported the incidents done by attackers i am still following up financials required payments put on hold to try solve my waited followed up own waited financial contacts as won't accept responsibilities if the government won't pay my required costs also while walking or waiting to go for walked payments outside if is sunny or hot weather effects my breathing as easily get tired while carrying my shoppings wastes my times and financials own spent struggled physical own carried food shoping efforts as no personal transportation provided also as may need driver to take me to the payments i walk daily outside to go as to also request secured personal transportation with body guards to secure me by any attacker in the future if tries to threaten me or if tries attacking me as my sincere regards for financials uncertainty as more provided amount of financials is required to be paid to me so i can pay process faster easier my own if organized monthly paid highest amount due to this physical body condition witnessed by works done by attackers before besides business legal labor discriminated disputed unpaid job of my totals as in disputed contacted the department of labor before while made me official notify informing besides reports to prove my official financial claims by my official printed statements . Sorry can't detail more due to one attacker as my privacies related already explained before but other attacker is unknown still under investigation broke also my leased car window besides some damadges on the driver side while took my photos reported with cops before as unsolved financial onterrupted interefered attackers cases are future worsened financials problematic results waiting financial payments to process to complete or will remain spent wasted followed up financials of my times if aren't paid all of the totals as the highly priced required amount due to be paid as the total expenses as now i am unable to pay !

Dr Sobral is an excellent professional, and I was very happy with him. Unfortunately the admin staff doesn't have the same skills and I will not be able to recommend or be back here.

Doctor Sobral is kind, knowledgeable and professional. He is our family doctor and I can not say enough good things about him and everybody in the office including Gaby and Beth. Thank you very much for the great experience each and every visit. You guys are awesome.

Dr. Sobral is the best doctor I’ve had so far. He always listens, cares and never rushes my appointment. I would recommend him to anyone and enough to have my mom fly from Missouri to see him. The only downside is the wait time for calls and some of the staff. Most of the staff like his assistant is on top of things as well.
